With a bit of money spent on the place, this would be an amazing place to stay
Pro: The view was amazing. The host was lovely Quiet and relaxing Price is reasonable
Contro: It needs some maintenance The furniture is not comfortable It’s requires a 10 to 20 minute drive to get to a shop or restaurant It was difficult to find the first time with 2 secure gates . Google maps sent us to the wrong address twice.

Pro: Everything was very good. The owner was very kind and friendly, and communication was excellent. The apartment is large and spacious, with a big terrace offering a beautiful view of the sea and the volcano. There are three separate bedrooms: two with double beds and one smaller bedroom with two single beds. The apartment was well equipped, and everything needed for cooking was available
Contro: There were some minor issues with the electricity, but they were not a major problem

Pro: The apartment has a great quiet location in a vacation village, and at the same time very close to places to visit. It has a big terrace with a spectacular view towards the sea and the volcano with Catania below. It is equipped with everything needed, both rooms and kitchen area.
Contro: The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable is the very small shower cabin

Beautiful place with a magnificent view of Sea and Etna. Best for a large group
Pro: A large apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and Etna. Plenty of space for a large group to relax. There is a washing machine and dryer, TV, refrigerator, oven, and base set you need for cooking. Good beds, enough towels. A quiet, cozy spot in the harbor with a beautiful view. There is also parking space for 2 cars and access to the sea. Here were 6 of us on vacation and we were very satisfied. The best value for money!
Contro: The apartment has not yet been completely renovated (not all switches and light fixtures have been installed).

Good place if you don’t have high expectations
Pro: The view of Etna and sea incredible! Nice what flat are on not sunny side so all the timeat the home is not to warm. All rooms have ac, sea are couple steps from home, free parking. Good washing machine and dryer. Host very friendly! If you searching for not very fancy place it will be good option. If you really as us - you need sea, quite and view. Place will be perfect for you!
Contro: Not finished all house renovation steps. Leaking water from shower, toilet. Alot of not finished electricity works. We was with baby, so for me that part was tricky and not safe. Rooms don’t have main light. Only table lights.. Old kitchen furniture, and very not comfortable space management for cooking and preparing food. Also if you use gas for cooking couple foods in one time, not powerful gas inflation… Extra small shower- if you are larger or higher ir will be real problem for you. Not very clean, when we come floor was dirty, leaving room “sofas” was all in dog hair. Alot of host or someones staff in wardrobe. So in my room, i really didn’t have where to put my staff.

Emplacement fabuleux, aménagement à finaliser.
Pro: Incontestablement le point fort est l'emplacement, à <100m de la mer, en résidence privée et sécurisée, avec une vue exceptionnelle (sur la mer et l'Etna) de la terrasse ainsi qu'à travers la baie vitrée du salon! Logement spacieux avec grand séjour et grande terrasse avec table et bains de soleil. La présence de climatiseurs dans le salon et les chambres et la machine à laver sont des équipements très appréciables et qui conditionnent le choix de l'hébergement. Place de parking disponible devant. Propriétaire habite au dessus au besoin.
Contro: La communication quant à la réalité de l'adresse fut un peu hasardeuse mais cela a fini par être résolu. Un peu d'informations sur l'accès assez particulier à la résidence qui se fait en traversant deux portails sécurisés (badges) pourrait être données car l'un d'eux est fermé en permanence et les locataires gagneraient en confort à l'arrivée en étant Briefés. Il est important voir nécessaire d'informer les potentiels locataires, via le descriptif du logement, que celui-ci est en cours de rénovation, quand bien meme il permet d'accueillir. Du matériel est entreposé dans certains endroits à cet effet. L'installation électrique, bien qu'ayant eu quelques réfections, n'est pas finalisée car les prises ne tiennent pas aux murs, et le plafonnier de la chambre n'est pas fonctionnel. Salle de bain neuve mais dommage que la cabine de douche soit si petite, dépourvue de colonne de maintien de la pomme de douche, ou quoi que ce soit pour la poser, car se baisser n'est pas aisé. La baie vitrée, lourde et qui ne coullisse quasiment pas, est difficile à manœuvrer tout en prenant soin de ne pas arracher la poignée pour ce faire. L' évacuation de la climatisation du salon se fait actuellement sur la terrasse et l'innonde. Une dérivation du tuyau permettrait d'éviter cela, sinon un récipient (nous en avions mis un qui servait initialement de poubelle). La présence d'un micro-onde et de torchons pourraient être envisagée tant ces elements sont couramment employés au quotidien. Ne pas hésiter à formuler des instructions pour la fin de location (restitution logement, clés, ouverture portails sans les badges..). Demeure un bel appartement qui bénéficie d'une position extraordinaire et qui répond au besoin premier qu'est la proximité de la mer, le couchage, la possibilité de cuisiner et de laver ses vêtement.
