Casa Framaibla - la veranda sull'Etna

Pro: Struttura ristrutturata di recente, con una bella vista e molto pulita. Host accoglienti, molto disponibili e inclini a consigli.

Contro: Struttura con qualche pecca soprattutto nel bagno, il soffione della doccia, per esempio, si staccava frequentemente e l’aria condizionata piazzata proprio sui letti risultava, nonostante il caldo, difficile da sopportare

Bellissima villa tranquilla e appagante

Pro: Una villa completamente nuova in un complesso residenziale protetto (si accede da un cancello elettrico dalla strada statale). I proprietari ci hanno accolto calorosamente ed è stato un ulteriore vero piacere rivederli al check-out. La vista è stupenda e c'è tanto spazio per crogiolarsi al sole o mangiare all'aperto. I servizi sono completi e la pulizia perfetta. Letti molto comodi. Il treno non si sente neppure. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per Pasqua ed è stato un vero piacere organizzare un pranzo in famiglia qui. La posizione ci ha consentito di visitare facilmente le zone di Noto, Siracusa e Catania. Nella vicina Lentini ci è piaciuta molto l'atmosfera e alcuni ristoranti.

Contro: assolutamente nulla

Pro: Il posto è meraviglioso, appartato senza discoteche e rumore. La vista dalla terrazza è incredibile. Padrone di casa reattivo, ci ha aiutato a organizzare tutto. Per arrivare dall'aeroporto è necessaria un'auto. Massimo ci ha aiutato a trovare un'auto. La casa è pulita, con gli utensili necessari. Spiaggia privata di sassi a 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa (ci sono dei gradini). Consiglio vivamente di fare snorkeling)! Non c'erano affatto zanzare!

Appartamento suggestivo con vista sull’etna

Pro: Terrazza panoramica fronte mare. Doccia esterna con vista. Parcheggio interno. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentilissimo. Casa ristrutturata quest’anno e piena di comfort

Tranquil stay, with view of Etna on the horizon

Pro: Excellent location, near to Cantania + Syracuse. Beautiful views and very tranquil spot, perched on the hill overlooking the bay. Max was an excellent host and has a superb energy making us feel welcome from the offset. There is also a small stoney beach near to the house that is a real gem and has stunning crystal clear waters for swimming.

Contro: Nothing to note

Pro: A great time again. A beautiful time, in a beautiful place. Our second season in this wonderful land. Max has made this place evan better. The upper deck is a great addition to an extraordinary location. The view is unbelievable, and was changing every day. I cannot think of a better location for rest, relaxation and anywhere else to put my mind in a place where the idea of work just becomes a afterthought. A perfect place to leave your busy schedule well, well behind. And just enjoy the property for what it is...perpection.

Perfect place for everyone who would like to visit east side of the Sicily (a car is a must :))

Pro: Large terrace with beautiful view on Etna, Catania and the sea. Private rock beach where afternoon you can find a shade and take a break from the hot sun. We spent two weeks in the apartment. Max, the host, was very helpful with the accommodation and any advice/hints to the place we stayed (shopping, recommended restaurants, places to visit). Any question we had he was always eager to help with the answers. Even different languages we use were not a problem ;) If you are looking for a place to visit east side of Sicily you should consider Casa Framaibla for your stay!

Contro: The only one hint to consider to add Internet access to the list of apartment amenities. it's not a must but (we spent more time reading books and playing family games) but from time to time it may help with internet surfing or watching something on VoD during late evenings (during the evenings mobile internet service has huge delays here).

Spectacular house with wonderful views

Pro: Our stay at Casa Framaibla was spectacular. The house is fantastic, with an impressive terrace offering marvelous views of the sea and Mount Etna. Additionally, it has all the amenities for enjoying a several-day stay. Its excellent location between Catania and Siracusa makes it perfect for visiting the eastern part of Sicily. Max (the host) is a very kind and approachable person who was always attentive to our needs and provided us with very useful recommendations for exploring the area. In summary, if we return to Sicily, we will definitely stay at Casa Framaibla again.
