Pro: The correspondence with Chiara was excellent, she was so kind. It’s located at walking distance from the centro. Located in a side street, less noisy then other places. Very neat place, comfortable bed, side treats provided by Chiara. Proper bathroom. And a 2’ walk to the public protected parking P1, 13€ to let our car there one whole day/night.

Definitely value for money

Pro: One thing I was blown away by - the communication. Chiara was proactive, straightforward, clear, concise, and forthcoming. She answered our questions promptly and completely and gave us the room extremely clean and according to our wishes - she even provided a bottle of prosecco upon request!

Contro: This is beyond the owner's ability to fix, but I must admit there are quite dogs barking outside, nearly all day long. Their barks echo and amplify between the buildings up to the point they might as well be barking straight into your room.They didn't trouble us at night, and we got plenty of sleep. But if this sort of thing bothers you, you should know it is definitely a factor.

Pro: Chira is very nice she met us on time, explained everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. New furniture. To the piazza de Duomo 15 min by walk, to the beach 15 min by car

Pro: Todo estaba extremadamente limpio, muy funcional y moderno

Ha mégegyszer Catániába megyünk biztos hogy ezt a szállást szeretném újra igénybe venni.

Pro: Rendkívül kedves, segítőkész hoszt. A lakás gyönyörűen felújított, kényelmes, minden szobához saját fürdőszoba, WC tartozik. Nagyon közel van a belváros, gyalogosan könnyen elérhető. A közelben (kb. 250 m-re) van egy őrzött fizetős parkoló (9,5 euro/24 óra).

Contro: Nincs főzési, ételmelegítési lehetőség. Első pillantásra a környék rosszul néz ki, de nem kell aggódni, mert nagyon kedvesek a környékbeliek is.

Pro: L'appartement est très bien situé, mais le quartier quelque peu bruyant à cause des chiens errants....
