Pro: Pulitissima, molto gusto nell’arredo ho trovato ti tutti i comfort. Ottima posizione a 2 passi dal centro. I gestori davvero molto cordiali, simpatici e disponibili.

Soggiorno breve ma in assoluto comfort
Pro: Posizione strategica e centralissima , palazzo antico ma appartamento nuovo ben ristrutturato, bagno in comune ma assolutamente nuovo e pulito, proprietario cortese e disponibile .

Pro: Il B&B è situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche. La struttura è estremamente pulita, con camere molto ampie, moderne e fornite di tutto il necessario. Altro punto sicuramente a favore è la gentilezza degli hosts, i quali si sono dimostrati molto cortesi e disponibili. Super consigliato in quanto uno degli alloggi migliori per godersi e sentirsi parte della città.

Lovely room, great location
Pro: This place is perfect for a short trip and the location is amazing - really close to all the main sights, good restaurants and I felt safe walking back at night. The doors unlock with an app which may seem strange at first but they provide step by step instructions for how to enter the property so you just need to follow them. I found this very convenient! The room is modern and comfortable, and you're only sharing the bathroom with one other room which wasn't an issue at any point for me as I didn't even see the other guests. I loved the little balcony - it's perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. The host Andrea is kind, responsive and accommodating. Overall this is an excellent value for money and I'd be very happy to stay here again!
Contro: If you're a sensitive sleeper, you may notice the noise from the street on weekend nights but for me this wasn't a big issue. Keep in mind that this will be the case with most similar stays in the area so it's no fault of the owners.

For a stay in Catania this is as good as it gets
Pro: Super clean, beautifully designed and new standard of appliances. Smart Lock was also super convenient. Bed is extremely comfy. And the location is great.
Contro: Bathroom outside of the room was sometimes inconvenient. My partner was also bothered by the noise made from the fridge at night.

Great location, great apartment, great service just some minor Smart lock issues
Pro: Overall the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Room was spacious and the balcony was.a nice addition. Bathroom is shared and a bit small but modern, clean and functional. Andrea was very helpful and attentive on Whatsapp especially when we got locked out due to phone dying.
Contro: The only pitch point was the entry into the building. It is done completely Via smart home devices without analog key. The smart home device allowed multiple phones to connect which is amazing and allowed Andrea to help us access the apartment when we were locked out. The main issue was the very spotty Wi-Fi or mobile data connection within the complex. This led to some cases of being trapped and not being able to get past the second gate and main door due to no internet connection to control the smart door locks . Maybe if a Wi-Fi extender was placed outside the main door to the apartment this would solve any issues with mobile data and access difficulties.
