Villa Marianna

Pro: La villa è in un punto strategico per visitare la zona di Catania. La signora Marisa al arrivo ci ha fatto trovare acqua, caffè e altro. L'appartamento é molto spazioso, il giardino è un parco con piscina privata per i due appartamenti. Ogni giorno veniva un custode che con discrezione si occupa della piscina. Anche nelle giornate molto calde la zona era areata e risulta piacevole, comunque é presente l'area condizionata nelle camere da letto.

The fantastic Villa Mariana

Pro: The spacious Villa was amazing, the grounds were we collected lemons/limes and fogs as well as prickly pears. The Amazing pool in beautiful gardens, the view from the villa, looking at Mount Etna and the pool/sea in the distance, how quiet the property is and well secured, great views from the balcony, around the property, very peaceful and spacious, not far from the main town and cities by car, friendly owners which made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. The pool is well maintained and the 3 bedrooms apartment is well equipped, spacious, comfortable and has amazing views. A great location and accommodation.. Absolutely stunning and so tranquil, we had a fabulous 2 weeks stay and would book this location again.. We could not ask for more.. Absolutely stunning.

Contro: Everything was well explained and the owners are very responsive. So nothing we really liked the Villa, the pool and location.

Pro: Nice apartment with an amazing pool. If you like your privacy, this is the place. If you’re looking for other families or neighbours, you’re going to be disappointed.

Fantastic villa with ocean view and amazing pool

Pro: We were fortunate to be the only visitors for 6 out of 8 days, which meant we had the pool and facilities for ourselves, which was amazing. Big apartment. Very big outside surroundings. Amazingly big and clean pool. Big terrasse with ocean view.

Contro: Although the kitchen was fully equipped, we could not make the oven and gas stoves to work. Although it is mentioned in the description that it could happen, we were not pre-informed that a birthday celebration would happen at our day at arrival, which meant we could not use the pool the first day. However, the party already ended at 3 at night, so we also got to sleep.

Pro: Die traumhafte Lage inmitten einer grünen Oase, schöner Blck bis zum Meer, toller Pool, riesige Liege-und spielwiese

Sehr empfehlenswert - große Villa mit viel Platz, großer Garten und super Pool !

Pro: Große geräumige Villa mt 2 Wohneinheiten. Sehr viel Platz und gute Ausstatung. Grundstück ist abschließbar und sehr sicher. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Großer Park und Liegewiese, 1A Pool - alles sehr gepflegt. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und funktioniert gut. Sie benötigen ein Auto da mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht zu erreichen. Gut ausgestatteter Lebensmittelmarkt (Conad) gleich um die Ecke in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.
