Modern genuine Italian atmosphere a few meters from the ocean and with pool

Pro: The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. The building and condo area are well maintained and family friendly with lots a nice garden and their own pool area. The sea is just on the other side of the street and you also have a great view of it from the balcony (from the condo area you also have a great view of mighty Etna).

Contro: The apartment would benefit from more hangers in the bathroom (not a big problem). At first, as we arrived at night time, we found the location to be deserted and shabby, but the longer we stayed and the more we explored like restaurants and shops we found more and more favorites!

TOBULAS POILSIS

Pro: Erdvus, didelis, šviesus , moderniai įrengtas butas su dideliu balkonu ir nuostabiu vaizdu į jūrą. Ideali švara, patogi lova. Privati, uždara teritorija , vieta automobiliui garaže arba kieme, gražiai sutvarkyta aplinka. Minutė kelio pėsčiomis iki jūros. Viskas, ko reikia tobulam poilsiui. Ačiū šeimininkams, kurie mus šiltai pasitiko ir išlydėjo. Rekomenduoju tiek poroms, tiek šeimoms su vaikais.

Dobra baza wypadowa

Pro: Mieszkanie nowoczesne o wygodnym rozkladzie, z dużym balkonem i miejscem na parkingu. Na pierwszy rzut oka super, jednak ma kilka wad. Z plusów warto wspomnieć o pięknym widoku na Etnę i bliskość plaży (po drugiej stronie ulicy). Dość blisko znajdują się knajpki i restauracje oraz dobrze wyposażony market. Miejscowość jest niewielka i spokojna, ale to dobra baza wypadowa w stronę Taorminy czy Catanii.

Contro: Mały, niewygodny i nieszczelny prysznic, bardzo głośny wentylator w łazience (na prawdę bardzo głośny), migające świato w sypialni oraz klucze do bramy które nie pasują... musieliśmy wchodzić bramą wyjazdową dla aut (zgłaszałam to, jednak nie uzyskałam pomocy). Kolejne rozczarownaie to basen... wybrałam to mieszkanie właśnie ze względu na basen, ale okazał się nieczynny. Powinna być o tym informacja w ogłoszeniu.

Wohnung selbst top - Umgebung mit Einschränkungen

Pro: Austattung ist top. Die ganze Wohnung und die Anlage selbst sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch eine ordentliche Grundausstattung mit Pflegeprodukten, WC Papier, Müllbeutel war vorhanden. Eine Einzelgarage mit Licht und Steckdose ist vorhanden. Rettungsschwimmer am Pool. Gute Restaurants (Nonna Rosa) und Pizzerien, ein City-Supermarkt und mehrere gute Bäckereien, Eisdielen in Laufweite (<10 Minuten)

Contro: Fast nur Dinge, die nicht beeinflusst werden können: - Poolzeiten sind beschränkt über Mittag und Badekappenpflicht. - Der Geruch, der immer wieder aus der Kanalisation kommt. - Leider sind die Hundebesitzer in Umgebung der Anlage nicht in der Lage, die Hinterlassenschaften wegzuräumen. - Das Meer direkt vor der Türe ist relativ kalt aufgrund des Flußes. Es empfiehlt sich, 200-300m die Straße Richtung Fondachello hoch zu gehen. - Müllentsorgung ist schwierig. Jeden Tag wird etwas anderes abgeholt, d.h. man kann auch bei Abreise gar nicht alles entsorgen. - Leider nur ein Schlüssel, der auch für den Strom benötigt wird -> Licht, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage und ohne den man nicht in die Anlage kommt. D.h. wer mit Freunden/Kindern reist, muss immer alles zusammen tun oder sich eine Taktik überlegen, wer den Schlüssel bekommt. Das ist unschön und wäre einfach behebbar.

Comfortable, clean.

Pro: Apartment houses is located just across the street from see. Bubs/restaurant about 5 min walk, local fish market/store about 10minutes walk. Nice view from balcony to Etna volcano, nice sun rise/set.

Contro: In first week of April it is out of season, apartment was little bit cold, heating by aircon work well, but building was cold, even after 5 day.

Pro: mieszkanie, miejsce parkingowe, pobliska plaża, dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania.

Prachtige plek een absolute must

Pro: Het uitzicht naar beide kanten is geweldig. Erg goed onderhouden appartement tussen de Italiaanse bevolking in een met hekken afgesloten appartementencomplex met zwembad.
