Comodissima la modalità di accesso all' appartamento con codici inviati in anticipo, tutto self service...Top!!! Host gentilissima e super disponibile anche per i servizi richiesti di transfert da e per l' aeroporto.

Pro: Posizione strategica e clima fresco in casa. La bottiglietta di acqua fresca al nostro arrivo. Le cialde del caffè.

Contro: Il doccino della doccia e il divano letto leggermente scomodo

Pro: All good . From Apartament is only 5 minutes walk to the city centre. Love it ! I recommend it. Lavika has also the official office , where you can also buy trip to Ethna, and other trips. All legal .

Lovely place to be in catania

Pro: Everything was perfect, apartment is so spacious, it has everything that we needed. Easy to find, communication with the owner was good. 10/10

Contro: The only thing we didn’t like was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to shower properly. However, we understand that this is likely beyond the host’s control and it doesn’t affect our overall impression of the stay.

Pro: Comfortable, large apartment with a good location. Pleasant, fairly quiet area. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. Clean, comfortable bed, good kitchen. Extremely good lighting, this is the best lighting we have come across in rented apartments. Recommended for holidays in Catania.

Contro: There is a problem with the sewage smell in the bathroom. Not catastrophic, but quite unpleasant.

Pro: It was our first time in Sicily and I am happy that I booked exactly this place. It has a super cool location, close to the city centre, bus stop, central railway station and the most important for us - fish market with fresh fish, seafood and oysters 😍 The apartment has a warm atmosphere, it is super cozy, clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all supplies/facilities that might be needed during the stay. The hostess Francesca is very nice, she provided all needed information and organised an early check in for us. We are so happy with our Sicilian holidays and highly recommend this apartment!

Contro: It is noisy at night, but I guess it is the thing of all places located in the city centre. Anyways, our days in Catania were so intense, that we slept well no matter what.
