Pro: Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e prontamente disponibile per risolvere un problema insorto con il nostro appartamento che ha provveduto a cambiare con uno degli altri a sua disposizione, per giunta più grande del primo. Consiglio!

Pro: Appartamento moderno, grande e accogliente con particolare attenzione ai dettagli. Posizione centralissima per poter girare a piedi.

Contro: Consiglio di parcheggiare la macchina in un parcheggio custodito in quanto ho avuto un episodio spiacevole sotto casa che mi è costato non poco.

Pro: Posto strategico, appartamento grande spazioso e comodo e dotato di tutti i confort. Buona anche la pulizia e host gentili e disponibili. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Brilliant location, and very spacious apartment.

Pro: The location of this property is fantastic, 2 mins walk and you're in the centre.

Contro: The beds were a little firm, and didn't realise until leaving you can turn the light off on the aircon unit - which was bright all night.

Pro: We stayed in a recently renovated apartment that actually looked even better than the photos. It was beautifully done, very clean, and well equipped — with a spacious bathroom, both a bathtub and a shower, a coffee machine, air-condition. The location was also excellent. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming us personally and being very responsive to anything we needed.

Contro: The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi, even though the apartment has a smart TV. A few small items were missing too, like a trash bin, a bathroom glass, and some hangers — I’m sure those are easy fixes, especially since the place is still being finalized after renovation. The entrance to the building felt a bit intimidating at first — dark, with three gates — but I assume that’s typical for Catania, considering most buildings are quite old. All in all, I would absolutely recommend both the apartment and the host.

Pro: Great location, nice, new apartment, friendly hosts

Contro: the mattress is hard, it hurt my back In the description it shows that there is a washing machine in the room, but there isn't. During the night there is a light which shows the Exit, which is really bright and it was difficult for me to sleep

Pro: New,renovated aoartament in the midlle of the centrum. Just 5minutes away from centrum. Everything was just perfect.

Pro: As someone who visits Catania every year, this was probably one of the best finds. I had an incredible experience at this immaculate property. Every corner was spotless, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and essential amenities just a short walk away. Communication with the owner was seamless and prompt, and their exceptional service made my stay with my girlfriend even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with top-notch service.
