Highly recommend

Pro: In general I can highly recommend this place for stay in Catania. Although location is a bit outside the city center You still have metro station within 10mins walk. So You need to decide yourself if it fits You. For me(family stay) it was fine especially that you still have supermarkets and nice restaurants(including fast food) nearby. The flat itself was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities and very spacious (including 3 balconies).Heating worked perfectly well what is important in january. Outside area is quiet during the night. Very good and fast contact with the host. Easy access with clear instructions.

It was absolutely fantastic.

Pro: To be honest, everything was perfect. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that we wanted to take them home. Comfortable rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Everything works, everything is brand new. The metro is close, so it's a great base for trips. We took the metro to the central station and visited Syracuse and Aci Castello. The host responds lightning-fast and solves all problems even faster. A great place for traveling couples, but also for families because there is a lot of space. Three balconies, elevator, air conditioning. Everything was as described in the offer and we didn't hear any neighbors at all.

Contro: If you expect more for this money, you are either disorganized or a bit disconnected from reality.

Pro: Everything is new and clean, not the best location, but still very satisfied with our stay.

Pro: We went by car and we could easily find parking close to the apartment and it was free. The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean.

Contro: There were some missing items in the kitchen that we needed, like a toaster and not enough saucepans.

Nice flat 2km from city centre

Pro: The flat was all new inside and well-equipped. It was a conveniencet location where we easily parked our car on the street nearby and could make excursions to anywhere. We enjoyed sitting on the balconies . Local services are a short walk away and it was easy to get into the city centre by bus. Our host was very responsive with messages.

Pro: Nice apartment with balconies in a good neighbourhood. The host responded promptly to any enquiry.

Contro: The rooms will be available according to the number of guests. So if you are two, you will get only the master bedroom. Other rooms will be closed.
