Pro: Well equipped and clean, good value for money. About 17/8 mins walk to city centre. Good restaurant just in the corner. Free parking
Contro: Located in lower ground floor, if you open the windows some small flies will come in. Small room is a bit too small, maybe less than 10 sq.

Nice appartment
Pro: The Nespresso machine, the 3 smart tv's, and it was very clean.
Contro: It was further from the center than I expected. The bathroom could use more hooks and the keys were a bit annoying as they were both for the entrance and the lights, which means when one person goes out, the keys need to stay behind for the lights.

Clean and spacious. On the bottom floor.
Pro: Very clean and spacious. The air conditioner was great. Kitchen facilities awesome. Communication with host was great too.
Contro: Was not that close to the city centre such as Via Etnea where the main shopping and eating district is. You can walk there, but the streets aren’t the best.

Perfecto el alojamiento
Pro: Nos encantó la ubicación del alojamiento, muy cercano al centro a tan solo 8-10 minutos andando. El alojamiento cuidado al detalle, no le faltaba absolutamente nada. Detalle de bienvenida, una botella de agua y unos dulces. Todo perfecto. Sin duda un placer haber encontrado el alojamiento. Todo un acierto. El anfitrión muy atento siempre.

In Ordnung, aber Catania eher nicht nochmal
Pro: Es war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber.
Contro: Die Fenster sind mit Gittern versiegelt, die Aussicht ist auch nicht besonders gut, dafür liegt das Apartment mitten in Catania Zentrum. Allerdings ist die Stadt sehr dreckig und laut. Das Apartment war also eher ein Ruhepol.

Appartement très appréciable, propre, confortable, à proximité de tout
Pro: Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans l'appartement de Gaïa. Celui-ci est très bien équipé (cuisine, huiles, machine à laver, lessive...), la clim et le jacuzzi sont fonctionnels. Gaïa a laissé des petites attentions pour nous à l'arrivée (bouteille d'eau fraîche, en-cas). L'appartement est situé à 15 minutes à pied des rues les plus animées de Catane, et bénéfice de restaurants et supermarchés à proximité. Il y a également la possibilité de se garer dans les rues adjacentes. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour :)
Contro: Ça n'a pas été dérangeant pour nous mais l'immeuble est assez vieillot. L'appartement, lui est nickel, tout a été refait à neuf ! Il y a beaucoup de déchets dans les rues à proximité et devant l'immeuble. En Sicile, il n'y a pas de containers pour les poubelles, ce n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'hôte qui fait du mieux possible pour un accueil de qualité. :) Petit point également sur les WC, il faut utiliser le bidet, le papier toilette ne peut être jeté dans les WC.

Pro: Супер чисто, комфортно жилище! Имахме всякакви удобства, както и в близост имахме и паркинг, в който можехме да паркираме спокойно нашите автомобили! Местоположението на апартамента не е в много чистата зона на Катания, но си заслужава, ако търсите място да нощувате и да Ви е лесно предвижването!
Contro: Местоположението на апартамента, мърсотията по улиците, които се намират в близост до него и цялата тази неприятна миризма, която се разнася.
