Appartamento grande, accogliente e pulito, praticamente in centro città

Pro: Appartamento molto grande e accogliente, ristrutturato a nuovo, spazioso, pulito, 2 camere indipendenti, cucinotto, cucina con tutto a disposizione e salotto con TV grande. Host disponibile nel risolvere disguidi e molto gentile. Anche se una camera non ha il condizionatore, lasciando acceso quello in salotto con la porta aperta si dorme anche con 30 gradi all'esterno. Situato praticamente in centro città, vicino alla zona pedonale.

Contro: Esterno del palazzo molto vecchio e malandato, ma abbastanza silenzioso nella notte. Ma anche a finestre chiuse si sente il (poco) rumore di chi passa nella via accanto. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro a piedi ma disagevole per il mare.

Pro: La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetto per girare a piedi Catania. Raggiungerlo dall'aeroporto da piazza Borsellino è stato davvero facile. L'appartamento è grande e dispone di tutto il necessario. La comunicazione con Gabriele è stata eccellente. Siamo stati davvero bene qui .

Pro: A place right in the city center, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of cafés and shops around. The main city market is just nearby. The apartment has everything you need, with clear communication regarding the keys and any other information. The apartment is very spacious, and the beds are comfortable.

Contro: There is no sound insulation in the windows at all. You can clearly hear everything from the street — it feels as if the windows are always open. The floors could be cleaner.

Wonderful stay at Catania

Pro: The place was clean and spacious. Towels were provided. The location is perfect, we really liked the small balconies. Our host was super kind and helpful. If you ask for 2 double bed one of them will be the couch but it was surprisingly comfortable. (Or there is an other room with two separate bed)

Contro: The blanket cover is a sheet, which was strange for us, but regardless, the blanket was clean.

Nice short stay

Pro: The apartment is very large, more than enough space for a family with 2 children. Very well equipped, a big nice surprise was the espresso machine and the complimentary pods. It is located right in the city center, 100 m away from the main square, Plazza di Doumo. The communication with the host was good.

Contro: The apartment has only one AC unit, placed in the main bedroom. No other cooling system for the rest of the rooms, in the hot August this was quite a problem. It was difficult for children to sleep in the second room, as the window cannot be kept open due to the noise of the street, while otherwise there were 35 degrees inside. Luckily, we stayed only 2 nights, for a longer stay during summer it might be very uncomfortable.

Dragut

Pro: Apartamentul a fost curat si pozitionat central. Ne-a placut foarte mult. Super colorat. Paturile au fost confortabile

Contro: Nu tine de proprietar, insa in FIECARE dimineata incepea sa latre un ciobanesc german fix peste drum de apartament(de la etajul 2) incepand cu ora 6 dimineata. Iar de la 6:30-07:00 incepea sa alerge un copil deasupra apartamentului de dimineata si pana seara tarziu. Daca sunteti sensibili la galagie, e probabil sa deranjeze destul de tare. Ar fi fost util sa avem si un aspirator(pentru vidat hainele) si sapun lichid de maini. La 5 persoane, 6 zile, ne-au fost lasate doar 2 role de hartie igienica si 6 plicuri de gel de dus. De asemenea, era dragut daca aveam si cateva capsule de cafea

Pro: La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo. El chek-in fue muy fácil de hacer.

Perfect!

Pro: Apartamentul ca in poze. Mare si confortabil. Paturile ok. Baia mare, toate dotările necesare.

Pro: El apartamento por fuera no rinde honor por dentro, es espacioso,colorido y bien arreglado, está a dos pasos de los lugares turísticos

Pro: Appartement très bien situé dans Catane. On peut ainsi tout visiter à pied. Confortable et chaleureux.

Contro: Mal insonorisé côté rue.
