Great character apartment

Pro: Quite a stunning property with so many rooms and high ceilings. Very spacious and perfect for a group of 4 friends. Also, owner kept us well informed and allowed us to leave the room one hour later.

Contro: Small point but one double bed was a bit creaky and the toilet in the first bathroom wasn’t connected properly to the floor.

It was the perfect apartment for us as a group of 6 for the weekend.

Pro: The apartment is more like a small palazzo. High ceilings, beautiful old architecture and a perfect location. You won't have any issues with space.. and the views from the apartment are beautiful too.

Great find

Pro: Location is great with many coffee shops around the apartment and a good walk to sights. Property is extremely spacious and bedrooms large & comfortable. Building was safe, lift works perfectly. Front door locks secured us safely throughout our stay. All patio doors opened & locked well.

Contro: It was hard to get the hot water & cold water balanced for a shower. There was insufficient clothes hanging lines.

Pro: Huge apartment with a lot of amenities. You could easily fit 9-10 people.

Contro: The house was a bit cold in general and we could not manage to change the temperature of the heater. However we turned on the AC to warm and that helped.

Lovely place, highly recommended for large groups of people!

Pro: It is an incredibly charming apartment, within walking distance of everything. It was a superb place for a group of 9. The apartment had everything we needed, including coffee makers, a washing machine, and fast internet (as some of us had to do some remote work), and it was very spacious. There were even some parasols and mats for the beach. Each room had a balcony, and A/C. We really enjoyed our stay; it was a beautiful place! :) On Sunday, there was an organic bazaar in front of the building as well.

Contro: It would be better to provide some basics in the apartment, including coffee, toilet paper, and water. As the place was rented for 5 days for a group of 9, we expected to have some additional basics to be present.

Catania is a must!!!!

Pro: Excellent property for large groups. Everything is walking distance.

Contro: Nothing.

Perfect

Pro: The place was big, clean, comfortable, perfect for a group. Easy to acces. Restaurants around it. It was a pleasent stay.

GRAN apartamento

Pro: Vistas despejadas al Etna desde la habitación. Amplitud de las estancias. Ascensor. Entorno tranquilo. Muy buena disposición de la propiedad que nos facilitó la logística familiar con el equipaje.

Contro: Las mamparas de las 2 duchas tenian problemas de estanqueidad y siempre se salia algo de agua (nada que no resolvieramos teniendo el mocho a mano). El proceso de registro fue online pero muy exigente. Eramos un grupo de 8 personas con menores de edad y ancianos y era necesario que en los dias previos todos los viajeros se hicieran una foto (con el DNI en la mano) en la propia plataforma. Imposible en el caso de los ancianos. Para nosotros fue muy complicado el proceso.
