Contro: Mancanza del bidet in bagno rimpiazzato dal doccino. Difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio nei dintorni data la posizione molto centrale

Weekend in pieno centro a Catania!!!

Pro: Praticamente siamo in via etnea a due passi di piazza università, in pieno centro! Appartamento in un antico ed affascinante palazzo Catanese, con una carinissima veranda immersa nel verde! Nell’appartamento non manca nulla e soprattutto il proprietario si è messo a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza noi avessimo!

Contro: Le porte che danno sul cortile interno, essendo di ferro, fanno fatica ad aprirsi e a chiudersi…

Pro: Posizione, comfort, Silenziosità dell'appartamento, c'è tutto quello che serve e pure un bel terrazzino. Il fatto che non ci fosse la TV per noi è stato bellissimo.

Having that kind of peaceful green space right in the heart of the city is such a rare gem — it made the whole experience feel extra special. The location couldn’t be better. You’re steps away from everything, yet the house feels tucked away and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Corrado was a thoughtful and welcoming host. We genuinely felt looked after from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

Pro: The apartment is centrally located, very quiet and private. It was lovely to enjoy a morning coffee on our own private terrace. I would like to emphasise how hospitable the owner, Corrado, was. He showed us the best beaches and the most interesting places in the city. He responded very quickly and competently to our request to improve one of the beds. We will recommend this place to our friends!

Pro: very considerate host who met us later when our plans were disrupted last minute. great apartement with lovely terrace in a perfect location in the historical centre of catania. thank you so much for our stay!

Contro: we had some issues with the air conditioning in the sofa bed room, however it wasnt a problem as the temperature was still comfortable.

Had a great stay over 1 month duration

Pro: Large apartment, very close to Via Etnea. The Corrado was very flexible, key handover went smoothly, and he made sure my stay went well. Comfy bed. A very large, sunny terrace, perfect for eating outside.

Contro: The apartment is old (as are the others in the neighborhood). In some places not very clean (shower, under the kitchen sink).

Nice central location for exploring Catania
