Pro: Appartamento molto ampio e comodo, buona posizione, parcheggio in zona ok

Contro: nulla

Pro: Abbiamo alloggiato qui dal 31/08 al 11/09 2025. Nessuna sorpresa rispetto a ció che avevamo visto sulle foto. Appartamento accogliente e pulito, con tutte le comodità. La sig.ra Rita cordiale e disponibile per tutto. Zona tranquilla e comoda al centro storico.

Contro: L'ingresso dello stabile non rende giustizia all'appartamento.

Pro: Nice, big and airy apartment with all the facilities needed. Hostess was lovely.

Contro: Only one of the beds was made up so I slept on the sofa with a sheet from the bed that was. The electricity and water went off but luckily a neighbour knew the problem and flicked the meter in the entrance back on. No batteries in the TV remote control and they were dead in one of the air conditioning remotes. Getting keys could have been smoother as we had to hang around outside for over an hour. Cupboards could have been tidier and junk removed.

Everything was good, we liked everything.

Pro: I really liked this apartment, high ceilings are very comfortable, large comfortable beds in the apartment. Everything is a stove and stove. There is also a machine for making coffee. Everything was very pleasant.

Contro: The hostess was very friendly upon arrival and asked to pay 45 euros for cleaning. And this price is not included. This was a surprise, so I believe that such moments should be warned before the arrival.

Pro: Great location, Rita is great host, very helpful. 🙂

Pro: Very clean apartment and friendly owner.15 minutes walking distance to the very center of the city.Very Italian place.

Contro: Giant problem with garbage disposal. Created issue with the neighbours. But same is typical for whole Catania. Owners can Not be blamed for same. Challenge is to find car parking .

Stay here for a convenient, cozy and comfortable stay! Hospitable host!!

Pro: The owner and her son are amazing. They met us as we arrived, shared stories of the area (and more), and couldn't have been nicer. They made our stay special and that is hard to find:) We were there only 1 night as we had to fly out at 3 am, but the location is great for walking to the center and sleeping in a large, spacious place that is clean, offers comfortable beds, and a safe space. Bonus points for the care the owner showed us. They are the best!

Great very spacious apartment with nice decorations. In the heart of Catania that allows you to enjoy the true Catanese

Pro: It is a centrally located close to the city centre but still in a very traditional residential area where you can enjoy the crude beauty of true Catanese life.

Contro: Everything is great but the coffee machine is a bit leaky and cooking utensils are very badly ruined by previous guests. But there are so many food options all around the apartment that there is no need to cook!

Pro: Rita is a very kind and helpful person, the apartment is modern and comfortable.
