Comfortable, Clean, Fully Equipped and well located — Highly Recommended

Pro: We had a great stay at this apartment. The place was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet, convenient, and close to all the key spots. The host was helpful and responsive. All amenities were exactly as described, and the apartment felt comfortable and easy to settle into. I would happily stay here again.

The host, Rosario, is an exceptional host – very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. He provided great local tips and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. I can highly recommend this apartment – it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Helped us out massively when we left our personal keys behind after our stay! Great location for exploring all of the main sights in Catania. Highly recommend if you are visiting Catania.

A flawless stay in the heart of Catania

Pro: Everything was absolutely perfect — and even more than expected! The apartment is beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. From the comfy bed to the well-stocked kitchen, everything was thought through with care and style. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot July days, and the balcony was a lovely spot to relax in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet but very central — walking distance to shops, cafes, and main attractions. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was fast and friendly, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Contro: Nothing at all. Honestly — not a single thing to complain about.

Pro: A great place to stay in Catania. Perfect location and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The owner is really nice. He met us and showed us everything in the apartment. The apartment made our stay in Catania a great one. We will be back.

Lovely apartment at a great location!

Pro: The apartment is at an excellent location close to the city centre and 2 minutes walk to Villa Bellini Park. The apartment has all the amenities you might need and it’s very spacious. Rosario, the owner, is a great host very helpful and always available for us. He also recommended us some restaurants and cafes that were excellent.

Contro: The only downside was that the building was old and there was no elevator. The apartment is on the second floor so if you have a lot of luggages it might be difficult to carry them.

Pro: Our stay in Catania lasted 4 days. Thanks to Mr. Rosario and his phenomenal apartment, our stay was even better. The apartment is located in a phenomenal location, 15-20 minutes walk from the most beautiful monuments, churches or Tetra Massimo. And in the evening, a two-minute walk away, you have a street full of restaurants and bars where you can feel the night life of Catania. The apartment is clean, nicely equipped with all the conveniences you have at home. Mr. Rosario's kindness and dedication to his guests is exemplary. We are definitely coming back, but for more days.
