Bellissimo appartamento

Pro: Molto curata , pulita e accogliente . Ha due camere e due bagni completi (uno all’interno di una camera). Cucina attrezzata con macchina del caffè e capsule , te, tisane , bollitore , microonde, comoda lavatrice, phon . Bella veranda grande con zanzariera. Per chi ha l’auto , si trova facilmente parcheggio di fronte gratuitamente . Il centro è a 10/15 min a piedi . Nelle vicinanze si trovano due bar, una pizzeria d’asporto.

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento, ristrutturato a nuovo, pulitissimo e molto confortevole nel centro di Catania. Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio gratuito direttamente in piazza, davanti all'appartamento. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili: abbiamo anticipato check in di qualche ora e hanno subito risolto. Bravissimi!!!

Pro: Ci è piaciuto tutto !!! Maria, la host, è stata fantastica : ATTENTA, ACCURATA ED ESTREMAMENTE DISPONIBILE. Si è addirittura offerta di organizzarci le escursioni e ci ha dato indicazioni preziosissime al fine di farci apprezzare al massimo la meravigliosa Sicilia, nei pochi giorni a nostra disposizione. Ci siamo sentite a casa e ci torneremo sicuramente!

Pro: The apartment was well laid out and the balcony was advantageous during the good weather. Location to pasticery and breakfast cafe was excellent. The host was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

Contro: During our stay the water was cut off two days in a row, notification of such disruption would have been appreciated prior.

Pro: Check in was organized great. There is a place to park the car. Wi Fi worked perfectly. Apartment was clean and comfortable, with big bathroom. If you want a very quiet place, pay attention that apartment is by the street. The host was very friendly!

Pro: thank you for the services provided. The location is perfect, very close to points of interest (tourism, transport). Very clean room, equipped with absolutely everything you need and even more! The host was very attentive to our requests. We highly recommend!

Good price, close to city center

Pro: - good value for money - spacious apartments, we had 2 of them (the one with 2 bedrooms and the one with one bedroom) - clean apartments - close to the airport - free parking on the street - the host is very nice, answers quickly - if you travel in the winter, it's good there is AC and you can use it on the heat mode - within walking distance to the city center

Contro: - the are even though is close to the center is a bit dirty and quite noise at night, you can hear almost everything inside - the kitchens are not the best equiped, we had quite few glasses/mugs, but we made it work - we had to ask for extra toilet paper and some instructions for the AC (there is a switch to turn on its electricity) - the hot water is with a boiler so in the bigger apartment we once ran out of hot water
