Appartamento pulito e molto accogliente

Pro: Appartamento carino e pulito, gli host molto accomodanti con le noatre richieste! C'era tutto il necessario compresa una bottiglia d'acqua e le capsule per il caffè, senza contare il fatto che è presente un bel terrazzo dove poter stendere i teli e i costumi e un lavandino fuori molto comodo.

Contro: Purtroppo il contesto del quartiere in cui si trova è ben lontano dalla città turistica che vuole essere Catania. Diciamo che è folcloristico, non è una critica nei confronti degli host! Però c'è sempre parcheggio ed è libero (cosa non scontata)

Pro: Ottima la posizione, l’appartamento corrispondeva in tutto a quanto ci aspettavamo. Matilde è stata disponibilissima e ci ha aiutato in tutte le nostre esigenze

Pro: La posizione, l'accoglienza e la gentilezza di Matilde, l'armonia e il buon gusto dei locali, pur nella loro semplicità, la pulizia, la posizione centrale rispetto alle mete turistiche ed il centro città. Ho trovato molto folcloristico il contesto urbanistico nel quale si trova l'appartamento, tipico dei quartieri popolari di Catania: una esperienza immersiva ed autentica per scoprire la cultura autoctona dei luoghi.

Pro: Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Appartamento accogliente e ben pulito. Cortile esterno dove poter mangiare, comodo anche nelle ore calde

Pro: The host is great. Placement is also great very close to the city center but aside from the noise and crowds. The apartment is comfortable, cosy and equipped with everything that is needed including air conditioning and a washing machine. Bed was also comfy.

Contro: The only downside is that for 2 times the water flow was very weak. But the host fixed it pretty quick

Pro: Matilda was an excellent host she couldn't do enough for you. You couldn't ask for a better host always there when needed. What a lovely lady I can truly recommend to stay here you are right in the middle of everything all on hand lidle only 15 minutes walk away or you could use the local supermarket 5 minutes away.

Pro: The apartment is perfect! Working air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and great bathroom. The location is really safe and close to the beach. The personnel are very kind and helpful. It was excellent time! I definitely can recommend this place ☺️
