Pro: Casa molto pulita è curata a 15 Min a piedi dal centro in zona tranquilla e vicino al centro di Catania, il proprietario Stefano molto gentile e super disponibile in qualsiasi momento, super gentile ci siamo trovati molto bene lo consiglio!

Pro: La casa è in un'ottima posizione, comoda per spostarsi ,per girare facilmente nel centro di Catania. Pulita e Stefano è veramente gentile e disponibile. Super consigliata!

Pro: The property was nice and clean, overall we had a great time at Stefano’s place.Stefano was nice and kindly gave us some recommendations for restaurants and visiting.He also messaged us everyday to check on us and to assure everything is good.
Contro: The beds were not that comfortable and we didn’t feel 100% safe in the neighborhood but Stefano’s not to blame.

Pro: The accommodation is excellent. Everything in the apartment is new and well-maintained. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from major landmarks, restaurants, cafés, and the market. The owner is always available and very kind.

Pro: The apartment was in an excellent location, spotlessly clean, and the host gave us a warm welcome with a bottle of wine. A beautiful place with everything you could possibly need, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
Contro: The bed was maybe a little on the firm side, but that’s just a matter of personal preference. It would also be nice to have a couple of extra pillows available.

Nice renovated flat with super friendly host
Pro: Very clean, close to the downtown and above all very nice host
Contro: The only critics were lack of plates in the kitchen and tap water was always warm (don’t know if there was something wrong with the pipes). However, these were negligible compared with the positive points.

Very good for the money
Pro: The host was exceptionally polite and eager to assist with anything we needed. The house was spotless, recently renovated, and fully equipped—even a bottle of Champagne was thoughtfully provided.
Contro: The neighborhood felt quite unsafe, although this seemed to be the case in most parts of Catania we visited—even those near the city center. Another issue was the pillows, which were very hard (though that’s a matter of personal preference). Lastly, there was a constant, annoying noise coming from what seemed to be the water heater.

Pro: The Royal House. The name describes this house very well. The house is in the heart of Catania, public transport is just round the corner, only one minute. Most of Catania's attractions are from a walking distance. Super markets, bakeries and many restaurants and cafes nearby. The house is very modern and comfortable, it seems it has been renovated recently, as everything looks new and clean. The owner Stefano, is very friendly, helpful and generous, we have been welcomed to the house, with a bottle of wine, as well as many lovely treats. Should I come back to Catania, I will definitely stay in the Royal House.

A very comfortable stay in a convenient location.
Pro: A great little place just a few minutes walk from the main attractions. Spotlessly clean. And Stefano was wonderful, met us with welcome gift and answered all our questions. A very comfortable stay.
