Pro: Casa pulita e accogliente, curata nel dettaglio, sono stata 3 notti e devo dire che mi sono sentita come a casa, non mancava nulla, aveva tutto il necessario, buona la posizione a pochi centinaia di metri dal centro. La signora molto disponibile e gentile. Ritornerò sicuramente.

Pro: L'alloggio di Fiorella è super comodo per chi deve visitare la bellissima città di Catania, vicinissimo a Piazza Stesicoro, nel pieno centro storico. L'alloggio è arredato con molto gusto, iper attrezzato e dotato di tutte le comodità per vivere a pieno la permanenza ed ha un bel terrazzo, che ci ha offerto la possibilità di riposare dopo una giornata alla scoperta della città e anche degustare il cibo che abbiamo cucinato. Fiorella, oltre ad accoglierci meravigliosamente, ci ha lasciato tutte le informazioni per un piacevole soggiorno. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Pro: Very lovely hostess and many small special touches, lovely place!

Pro: Everything. The accommodation was very nice, exactly as in the photos. Comfortable bed and everything clean.

Pro: Fiorella was very kind to us. She gave us a lot of information about the city and the surroundings. The appartment was clean and well equipped, close to most of the important buildings (also the central train, bus station, market etc.). Bed was comfy. Would recommend if you want to stay more nights in the city or the vicinity.

Contro: There was constant noise and small vibration (probably because there was a construction going on in the vicinity). So if you're sensitive to noise and not a good sleeper, would not recommend for a short time.

Perfect choice

Pro: The host was very kind, attentive and helpful. She was the nicest host we have ever stayed with. She personally handed over the keys and waited for us with a welcome basket full of local specialties (muffins, cookies, candy, coffee, tea, tomato sauce, jam, pasta, soft drinks, yogurt and butter) and even took into account our gluten-free diet, for which we are really grateful ❤️ The apartment was flawless, we felt really at home during our stay. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The kitchen also had everything we needed. There were not only utensils, but also spices and oil. The bed and pillows were comfortable, we slept very well there. The balcony is very cozy, there are many plants there. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the bus stop and the train station, as well as the airport bus stop. It is close to most local attractions and the market. The Nicuzzaduci accommodation is truly a perfect choice in Catania.

Pro: The location of the apartment was perfect everything was on walking distance but also close to any public transport. The inside of the home is really welcoming and is very beautiful. There is AC in the bedroom and the bed is very comfortable. The hostess is truly something else. She is very warm and welcoming and very attentive. On your request she will send you all the in and outs of catania. Places to eat, places to visit and much more. Of you have any questions she will get back to you very quickly and help you the best she can. We had an amazing vacation here and would definitely recommend

Contro: Just a small thing the kitchen was little bit limiting and could use a few extra cooking utensils

Unbeatable value for money.

Pro: Everything was pretty much perfect. The host was exceptionally nice and friendly, the flat is excellent for a one-week stay – good location, well-equipped, and air-conditioned (which is a must in Sicily!).

Contro: Not really a problem, but very important for guest with any sort of mobility issues and/or big suitcases: the flat is on top of three flights of extremely steep and narrow stairs with very low ceiling (that were quite unpleasant to climb even for us relatively fit youngsters, especially after some wine in the evening...) and has no elevator. The only other minor issue is the ad stated that the price included a shuttle from and to the airport – this was not the case. This is obviously not a significant problem, it's very easy to reach the property from the airport via taxi or even bus, but it's nevertheless an inaccuracy.

I would highly recommend Nicuzzaduci Home to anyone looking to stay in Catania.

Pro: Everything was clean and comfortable. Fiorella was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome and provided us with lots of information. The location was great - 7 minutes from the bus station and supermarket and about 10 mins from the centre of Catania. Sitting on the balcony at the end of the evening was just perfect.

Pro: the host was the kindest every, flat was super, tidy, famtastic location, extremly lot of welcome gifts and also a goodbye gift, really the best of all times!
