Pro: Appartamento spazioso e curato nei dettagli, situato in un bell'edificio a due passi da Via Etnea. Da non sottovalutare assolutamente la possibilità di parcheggio all'interno dell'edificio in una città come Catania dove parcheggiare è piuttosto difficile. Consigliatissimo!

Great stay, great host, great place

Pro: Great location - walking distance to many of Catania’s attractions. Clean, enough space for a family of four for a comfortable stay.

Excellent location and Accommodations

Pro: The location is only a few steps from all the main sites in Catania and if you have a car, there is parking onsite. Everything is with in walking distance. The apartment is wonderful, fully stocked and kept up to date. The host is very available for recommendations on dinning and sites to see. Absolutely a must stay.

Excellent Heritage apartment in Catania

Pro: It was a wonderful apartment in a beautiful old building. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was right in the heart of Catania and close to restaurants supermarkets and transport.

Contro: The apartment was spotless apart from the shower that had accumulated body fat the tiles and floor needed a clean.

Amazing stay in the heart of Catania!

Pro: Amazing place right in the center of Catania! The place is amazingly furnished in very good taste, makes you really feel like you are in a Sicilian family’s home. Massimo was amazing, met us at midnight for check in and let us check out late. The place has everything you need from coffee to olive oil to soap… really well stocked! Highly recommend and would love to come and stay again.

Excellent trip to Catania

Great base to explore an amazing city.

Pro: Fantastic location right in the historic centre of Catania. Beautiful and well equipped flat.

Contro: The air conditioning was not very effective so it was quite hot.

A nice, cozy, charming apartment, with secured parking.

Pro: The apartment is clean, spacious, full of decorative details, authentic, charming and cozy. It has good washing machine and a dishwasher. Location is great, just 5-10 min of walking distance from Duomo and near shopping area, fish market and usual market. The apartment has a very secured parking in the backyard, which is great since we rented a car on the airport, for sure it is the best way to travel around Sicily. We suggest to choose a small car due to narrow passages towards the parking and for driving through narrow streets all over Sicily. Be sure you are a well experienced driver since there is a very specific traffic culture - there are no strict rules, motorcyclist are driving between cars, streets are narrow.

Contro: Nothing important, only the closet doors creaks since they are very old (but stylish....).

Great place to come back to during a busy holiday.

Pro: Clean, comfortable and with all the essentials included. The air con was particularly welcome. The apartment had good security. And secure parking on the property was very helpfully arranged for our hire car.

Contro: It was not the fault of the property but we had a water cut for 2 days (it was during the heatwave). HOWEVER the hosts were very helpful in finding us alternative washing/bathing facilities and refunded us for the days we had no water. We could not have asked for more!
