Bella esperienza, peccato solo pochi giorni 😉

Pro: Appartamento curato e pulito, comodo a tutti i servizi. Proprietario simpatico e molto disponibile... Sicuramente consigliato per girare la città a piedi. Grazie mille per tutto..

Pro: Appartamento molto carino e luminoso. L'arredo è nuovo e molto ben tenuto. In casa c'è tutto quello che può servire. La zona è centrale e ci sono molti locali nelle vicinanze

Contro: La doccia un pò piccola

Pro: Ottima struttura in pieno centro, pulita e accogliente. Proprietario gentile e disponibile . Consiglio vivamente.

Pro: L’appartamento era molto accogliente, in una posizione perfetta perchè molto centrale a Catania. Perfetto per qualche giorno di vacanza e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile sin da prima del nostro arrivo alla struttura.

Soggiorno piacevole.

Pro: La posizione dell'appartamento, il modo in cui è stato ristrutturato ed arredato.

Contro: Le zanzariere sulle finestre.

Pro: Posizione ottima, zona centralissima con tanti locali intorno. Abbiamo raggiunto sempre tutto a piedi non è stato necessario prendere i mezzi. Ad eccezione di un taxi da e per aeroporto, e del treno per una gita a Taormina. Appartamento confortevole, forse la doccia un pò piccola. Host gentile e disponibile, è venuto in contro alle nostre esigenze in particolare nel check out.

For a perfect trip to Catania

Pro: Situated on one of the best streets in town, amazing views, lots of natural light, large balcony and beautiful interior. On the street you will find a lot of great restaurants, bars and an amazing view of the sea. 15 minutes walk to Catania Centrale, the main train station. Extremely close to the main turist attractions. The host is very friendly and provided us with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, also a nice bottle of wine and water. Very quiet.

Contro: The balcony doors are a bit hard to open, but nothing serious.

Pro: 1. Communication with the owner: 10/10. Luca provided detailed information about the key collection (with video), recommended cafes and restaurants nearby, promptly answered all our questions. One of the most helpful hosts we've ever met! 2. Location: 10/10. In the city centre (at the crossroads of Via Crociferri and Sangiuliano), 6 minutes walk to the main square along a pleasant street with cafes and restaurants. Quite safe to walk even in the evening. 3. The apartment is spacious enough to stay for a couple of nights to explore the city. 4. We visited Catania at the end of May, the temp was around +26-28C and it was rather comfortable inside without having to use air conditioner. Don't know how it feels in hot summer... In spite of some minuses we would definitely recommend Sangiuliano282!!!

Contro: 1.The apartment faces a very noisy street. (At night I had to use earplugs) It's nice, that it's got good double-glazed windows with noise reduction, but it seems that the mechanisms in these windows are not adjusted properly, because they do not close well and do not reduce noise at all! I think, the host can sort out the problem. 2. We would advice Luca to provide some wine glasses and new towels (those in the bathroom and kitchen were quite old) 3. The shower is really tiny! Though the owner warned us about it. And we were aware of it from previous reviews. Not comfortable, but OK.

Pro: The place is quiet and equipped with two efficient A/Cs, which are perfect to cool down quickly the entire house. The bathroom has a window for good ventilation. The apartment is close to everything you need to visit in the old town. It is at the cross with Via Crociferri where you can find good food at local restaurants at very good prices. Luca was very helpful with the transfer from and to the airport.

Pro: Very good location, close to all the attractions. Many restaurants around. Apartament was very clean and quiet.
