Brilliant host and an unsuspectingly apartment

Pro: The host is the best I have EVER come across. Extremely helpful and accommodating and made all the difference. Large apartment with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is a very best arrangement for travel in these parts.

Great value for monay

Pro: The place was clean, everything worked fine and it looks lke in the pictures, the interior being modern. The communication with the host was great. We had no problems with street parking nearby (free on Sunday, btw)

Contro: The stairs are dated, steep and the apartment is located on the last floor with no elevator - but that’s mentioned in the description, so you know what you book. Also, the neighbourhood is quite far from the center and not so lively, especially at night

Pro: The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even going out of his way to reserve a parking spot in front of the building, despite there being no official parking available. The apartment is very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, a large and clean bathroom, and a generous sleeping area. There's also a small dressing room that’s perfect for storing clothes. Overall, the stay was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you're traveling by car and simply need a comfortable place to stay and sleep.

Contro: - There was a persistent drain smell in the apartment, likely due to old plumbing. - The terrace appeared quite dated and wasn’t very clean, so we didn’t end up using it much. - The water boiler struggled to provide enough hot water, even for two short showers per person per day. It’s unclear whether the issue was the tank’s capacity or the heating speed, but fortunately, the warm weather made the lukewarm (at best) water more bearable.

Pro: Apartment was modern with new style furniture and very clean. Located near the bus stop, grocery store and caffe. The hosts were very warm and communicative

Pro: Super friendly and helpful host, the location is amazing and apartment is super clean and comfortable, the pictures resemble the property perfectly. I have very high standards and am very peaky but still in my opinion one of the best accommodations in Catania.

Pro: Very nice owner, as well as the person who gave us the keys. Very nice apartment, modernly furnished, large balcony overlooking the street. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, without a lift, so not for people with fear of heights.
