Pro: The two things I appreciated most were the cleanliness of the apartment and the great communication throughout the process. The person in charge of the rental was very helpful, friendly, and made everything smooth and easy.

Contro: The only thing I didn’t like was that the apartment is on the third floor without a lift. This wasn’t mentioned beforehand or included in the booking information, which would have been helpful to know.

Quite enjoyable, clean, with an excellent location.

Pro: The location of the property was excellent, just up the road of the market during the day, and the best night life during the night. The apartment is very well kept.

Contro: The apartment has 80 steps (yes we counted) to reach with no elevator. Getting up and down with heavy luggage is not easy. Also the third bedroom is rather small, having only a small sofa bed. It’s quite uncomfortable compared to the other bedrooms.

Pro: The apartment is in the middle of the city, so easy to reach the local market, restaurants etc. The kitchen and the rooms are fully equipped. Highly recommended.

Great stay in Catania city center

Pro: Great location! In city center near to nice restaurants and bars, close to Catania Cathedral and main square. Very easy to reach, public transport near by.

Contro: The third bedroom is not a proper room, but a separate space over the living room with very very small bed; it is ok for children but it`s not convenient for adult. We didn` use that room.

If you don’t mind the steps it is a good location with inexpensive secure parking nearby.

Pro: Very central location with good restaurants in the street.

Contro: There were 80 steps with handrails up to the apartment , not easy with heavy luggage.

Pro: Very kind host. We received answers to all questions very quickly. She did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, considering that we were traveling with three children. Very spacious apartment, excellent location, many restaurants, close to bus stops, neat part of the city. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy, because of the children this was very important to us. The owner also devoted himself to all the details, the kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, coffee machine and all other details. Another advantage is the huge terrace.

Contro: I would not list anything as a drawback. Before we booked, I noticed that one of the guests complained about the stairs, but it was not a problem for us with all the children. I wouldn't have any objections, a huge apartment in a beautiful location.

Pro: Beautiful apartment, right in the center of evening life. Clean, comfortable mattresses, really good standard. The icing on the cake is a large terrace, we spent a lot of time there. I recommend it 100%, We will definitely come again! Thank You! 🤗

Pro: Location is perfect - in the center, close to Bellini park; close to bakeries; entrance is on a lovely tiny street with nice restaurants. The apartment is spacious, very clean and fully equipped. We loved our stay and would like to come again!

Apart from these small remarks, I would still highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Pro: The owner of the apartment is very friendly and responsive. The location of the apartment is amazing with lots of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is quite spacious, the balcony is great and the kitchen/dining area is well equipped.

Contro: The main bedroom has the wardrobe with hangers while the other bedroom is missing the hangers and the closet is more like a storage space (for iron etc). The living room has a great TV and it is spacious, but it could have a larger sofa so more than 2 guests are able to sit there and enjoy the evening, though there’s a lazy bag next to the sofa.
