Pro: Bellissimo appartamento con ogni comfort possibile..ci siamo sentiti a casa e coccolati. Ottima posizione.

Contro: Un po' scomodo per i parcheggi solo a pagamento e le camere da letto al piano superiore... Ma ne è valsa comunque la pena . Ci torneremmo volentieri.

Pro: Le informazioni puntuali e precise. Cordialità. La casa in posizione strategica e con tutti i confort.

Pro: Pulita. Ordinata. Accogliente. dotata di tutti i servizi e comfort. Ci ritornerei. Consiglio assolutamente.

Contro: Solo i materassi. Scomodi

Pro: appartamento semplicemente fantastico, curato nei dettagli e di tutti i comfort inoltre, dispone di un enorme terrazzo dove si può godere di un ottima vista! Ottima anche la pulizia! la struttura è situata in un punto strategico della città è questo permette di raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città a piedi o in metro. Ormai è il nostro punto di riferimento!

Contro: forse un po’ scomodo il letto matrimoniale

Pro: Soggiorno e cucina molto spaziosi con bagno di servizio annesso e un grande terrazzo dove rilassarsi. Al piano di sopra due camere da letto entrambe con aria condizionata e bagno con doccia

Contro: Le scale che collegano al piano di sopra sono strette. Non c'è un parcheggio privato, ma si trova facilmente a pagamento lungo la strada

Pro: La casa è molto confortevole con un bel terrazzo grande.Vista dell'Etna dalle finestre dei bagni. Proprietaria attenta all'accoglienza, con acqua in frigo e caffè a disposizione.

Contro: Scale per accedere alle stanze da letto un po' strettine.

Pro: The apartment is clean and spacious, a lot of windows, it has a lot of natural light and air. Gorgeous big terrace with a beautiful view, nice location, close to everything. Functional kitchen, comfy beds, and extremely comfy couches in the living room!

Pro: Excellent apartment. Very good location, train station 10 minutes, city center 15 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen. Huge cozy terrace. Very good communication with the owner. We had a great time, thank you.

Sicilian dream Holiday

Pro: This apartment is a so beautiful! The space is exceptionally good. The beds are very comfortable and the place is spotlessly clean. We loved every minute we spent in this dream home. 💯 perfecto! The Quinn family from Scotland

Spacious apartment with a perfect terrace

Pro: The location is good - although it is not in the very center, you go just straight west (15 min. walk) and get to the main street in the city (Via Etnea), or go streight south (9 min.) and you get to the Central train station. There are grocery stores nearby. The apartment is on two floors, with two bedrooms in upper floor and a bathroom with a shower, downstairs there is living room with a kitchen, bathroom and large terrace where can you sunbathe or enjoy the shade, there are sun loungers and chairs available. The apartment has all the amenities in the kitchen. There is an elevator in the building to access the apartment. The owner is very friendly and communicates in English. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Contro: The water pressure in the shower is poor and the tap opens the opposite way I would expect (towards the wall) - it is old and should be replaced. The toilet seat moves - it would also be time to replace it. The light bulbs in the bedrooms need to be replaced (they don't work). A handle should be installed on the outside of the door of the terrace so that the door can be closed (mosquitoes) - you can get it on e.g. Temu for cheap and just stick it on..., All this is a small thing compared to what the apartment offers...
