La scalinata con magnifica sorpresa

Pro: Struttura moderna,calda e accogliente,dotata di tutto,ma proprio tutto, detersivi, aspirapolvere, stendino, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, lavastoviglie,un gioiello di casa che ti fanno dimenticare gli 87 gradini necessari per arrivarci, è al centro di Catania,nel cuore della pescheria, dove trovate cibo a qualunque ora,a piedi si raggiunge qualunque posto,e se avete la macchina c'è il parcheggio gratuito alle spalle! Da ritornare sicuramente.

Contro: L'unica cosa che cambierei sono i cuscini di piume,troppo morbidi per me, fortuna che c'era quello in Memory.

Posto incantevole

Pro: Tutto perfetto, bellissimo appartamento, c'era ogni comfort e anche di più... era come essere a casa propria! Non mi è mai capitato di avere in appartamento tutto il necessario, qui c'è! Dal sale, alle bustine del tè, Carta igienica, scottex, persino il detersivo e shampoo/ bagnoschiuma...ecc. in centrissimo vicino alla piazza del duomo.

Contro: Nulla!

Pro: Location is just great, heart of city center, very clean with all amenities

Contro: We understand that elevator is not possible as it is old and historic building but They should mention during booking process that property is at 4th Floor patio and one need to take 87 narrow steps to reach at property. We being family travellers having 2 kids, needed to take all our 4 bags up. It was extremely difficult. Also, washing machine is without dryer so needed to search for nearby laundry.

We would definitely stay here again when we return.

Pro: Great owners, location and very clean and impressive rooms.

Contro: Nothing bad really. There are a few stairs, which we already knew about, so just be sure you are fit and able to get up and down ok, especially with your bags. That said absolutely loved the place.

Excellent and to be repeated.

Pro: Clean and cozy, in the heart of the citty, pleanty of restaurants around. The reccomandations book was very usefull.

Contro: The entrance and the stairs were old and not clean, but once inside you feel in another world.

Pro: The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Location was great, lots of places to eat and drink. I would defiantly stay again.

Wonderful apartment, made our stay more enjoyable

Pro: The apartment is beautiful, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Modern furnishings, all the appliances and utensils needed if you want to cook (which we did). We were welcomed with a brilliant welcome pack, one of the best I have seen and a lovely bottle of wine (with thanks). It is located in a street which has a regular daily market (fresh fruit, vegetables and sea food) and a really nice selection of restaurants. A few minutes walk will take you to the main square, fish market or castle, so it is an ideal location for sightseeing. I was poorly on one day, so it meant I was bed bound, but luckily I had a TV which could login to my Netflix & Prime account! A fantastic apartment, one which we would happily book again if visiting Catania.

Contro: Just an observation from our stay, as the apartment is located in a street with the market and restaurants, if you wanted an afternoon snooze / nap, you will probably struggle as the noise from the restaurants emptying their bins or just staff talking can be very loud with the windows open (which we did have open for fresh air). We had no issue with the stairs, but just prepare yourself if you have one or more 20kg plus suitcase to take up (you will need some muscles....mine was called Brad!).

Pro: Good location, very clean and comfortable. Good management by the staff.
