Un gioiello nel centro di Catania

Pro: Bellissimo e moderno appartamento in centro a Catania dotato di tutti i comfort e con vetri insonorizzati. Il letto super comodo con cuscini memory foam. Per la colazione c’era a disposizione anche la macchinetta per fare il cappuccino e il frullatore. L’appartamento in generale super pulito e tenuto perfettamente in ordine. Talmente bello che sembrava di dormire in una galleria d’arte.

Contro: Nulla

Pro: Appartamento nuovo, spazioso, molto luminoso e ben arredato. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Pro: Struttura pulitissima, accogliente e moderna, situata in pieno centro. L’host è stato gentilissimo!

Pro: I’ve been staying in apartments for many years, and this is truly one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent — very convenient and perfectly situated for exploring Catania. The apartment has been recently renovated, and the renovation is not only fresh and modern, but also incredibly thoughtful and interesting. You can really feel how much care and creativity went into it. There are books, statues, beautiful details everywhere — it’s a space where you actually enjoy spending time. Honestly, you could stay in and still feel inspired without even going out into the city. Needless to say, everything was perfectly clean and fully equipped with everything one might need. We absolutely loved our stay and would be happy to come back again.

Pro: The property is even better than the photos. The position was perfect. It’s just around the corner from the Main Street with all the historic buildings. You can walk from the train station to the property. The art works and art books are very beautiful. It is extremely well equipped with very good toiletries and beautiful towels. The bed is very comfortable. Roberto is an exceptional host. He met us and went through everything about the property in detail. He carried our cases up the 2 flights of stairs as my partner has a disability. He provided a fruit salad, bottles of water and prosecco plus beautiful biscuits and coffee pods / teas. He ordered a taxi to the airport for us which cost 30Euros and it was definitely worth it.

Contro: The stairs to the upstairs bedroom should have a handrail. If you are used to stairs or young this wouldn’t be an issue though.

Fantastic stay and wish it had been longer

Pro: Beautiful apartment of high quality right near everything we wanted. The host was great and very helpful when our flight was delayed. Would stay again.

Contro: I would be mindful if you have any mobility issues as it is on 2nd floor with no lift and the stairs to the bedroom are awkward.

Great apartment for sightseeing in Catania!

Pro: -the host was very friendly and helpful. He kindly allowed us to stay until late in the afternoon, as our flight was in the evening and it was too hot to be outside. -to welcome us, he also left some fruit, water and a bottle of wine for us! -the apartment was in the center of Catania, therefore we could visit most of the archeological monuments etc on foot. -apartment was nicely decorated, clean and bed comfortable. -a/c was working just fine in all rooms, a must for summer time. -there were 2 toilets/showers. -parking was possible opposite the apartment for a few hours (Municipal parking) but better and safer in a private parking 5 minutes walking distance. Even though the parking said €6 /day, we were paying about €9 for 16 hours stay.

Contro: -to enter the apartment which was in the second floor, we had to climb a staircase, so it was really difficult with our luggage. There was another narrow staircase inside the apartment that led to the bedroom. I should mention that this is very typical for most Sicilian old apartments that have been renovated, but elevators are not added simply because there is no space!

Pro: Great location. Very walkable. We could park nearby. High class interior. Hist greeted us for easy check in. Place was clean and quiet.

Beautifully Designed, Comfortable & Very Central Apartment

Pro: Roberto is an exceptional host. Our flight was delayed, we got to the apartment close to midnight. Roberto not only waited for us to show us around, but also drove us to the closest car park, waited for us to park our car and then drove us back to the apartment. The apartment is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and the fruit and biscuits were a lovely touch. We were 3 adults staying there and returning to the cool apartment [air-conditioned throughout] was lovely. Communication was extremely easy by Whatsapp and Roberto speaks English and is very responsive. We checked out at 2pm which was very comfortable for us. The apartment is accessed using keys not a code.

Contro: Everything was perfect for us, however there is no lift and there are two flights of stairs. This was not an issue for us.

Pro: Manganelli Suite was in a fabulous central location. Our host Roberto was very accommodating and helpful. There on arrival and showed us all around his beautiful apartment. Very stylish and decorated well. Veey spacious with bedroom upstairs and own bathroom.Such a lovely surprise was the beautiful fresh fruit platter in the fridge as well as biscuits and prosecco and water - very welcoming gifts for his guests. It was great to explore Catania from this apartment- everything was close and station was only 15- 20 mins walk away. Would highly recommend 👌

Contro: The stairs up to bedroom were quite steep - I think a stylish handrail along the wall would be a welcome addition
