Pro: Situato in un posto tranquillo anche se in mezzo a locali, in un attimo si arriva in centro

Contro: Un po datato, avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoretto specialmente il bagno, ma nel contesto molto carino

Pro: Posizione centrale, praticamente a pochi metri dal centro della movida cittadina ed al tempo stesso comoda per rilassarsi, entrare ed uscire. Ottima relazione con il proprietario, persona affabile, cordiale e disponibile.

Pro: Tutto perfetto! La struttura è vicina a tutto, non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà per arrivare ai posti turistici a Catania e dintorni con i mezzi. Marcello ha dato tutte le informazioni che ci servivano. La stanza era pulitissima.

Pro: Posizione super centrale, comodissima per visitare Catania e per arrivare in piazza Borsellino da dove passano un sacco di pullman. Casa piccola ma accogliente dotata di tutti i confort necessari, situata in una via un po’ caotica ma molto attiva e sicura. Valerio è stato gentilissimo, ci ha raccomandato tante destinazioni e ci ha dato molti consigli utili su come muoverci e cosa usare. Struttura da tenere assolutamente in considerazione

Highly recommend it, we fell in love with Catania!

Pro: The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the city centre and just steps from the fish market. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Despite the pubs and restaurants downstairs, it was quiet inside, and we slept very well. Marcello was amazing, he also helped us with airport pickup.

Contro: There wasn’t something that we didn’t like at the property, we really loved it and we can’t wait to be back!

Pro: we loved everything from the stay to 4 rooms relax! It was clean , big room with kitchen where we cooked every day , and in the heart of the old town of Catania !. At the same time it was very quiet at night and relaxed although the apartment is near bars and big roads. That was the most amazing for that apparent to be in the center and also be quite :)

Pro: Marcello is really friendly and took.time.to show us how everything works in the apartment. He also recommended where the best places to visit are and how to get there. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. It's very close to the main attractions and restaurants. There are bars downstairs but you don't hear much from them and the square down the road is beautiful!

Contro: Our apartment was on the 4th floor and the stairs are quite steep!
