Molto bonno

Pro: Ho soggiornato in un appartamento a Catania molto bello e ben posizionato, dove non mancava assolutamente nulla. L’host, Davide, è stato estremamente premuroso e ha lasciato acqua, caffè, succo, marmellata, latte e persino un piccolo regalo di benvenuto. Inoltre, c’erano sapone e detersivo per i vestiti, che mi sono stati molto utili durante il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente!

Contro: Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e l’appartamento corrispondeva alle descrizioni, ma desideriamo segnalare un aspetto importante: abbiamo avuto difficoltà con alcuni vicini del piano terra e del primo piano, che non si sono dimostrati cordiali né rispettosi. Nonostante io e mio marito ci siamo comportati sempre con discrezione ed educazione, ci è capitato che ci aprissero la porta solo per gridare contro di noi in modo poco gentile. Riteniamo utile che futuri ospiti siano informati di questa possibile situazione.\

Pro: Mi sono trovato benissimo su tutto, comodità del letto, posizione della struttura che è vicina ai maggiori punti di interesse di Catania e puoi scegliere sia il parcheggio gratuito sia quello custodito a pagamento, ottima la pulizia e soprattuto la disponibilità di Davide che ha accolto prontamente ogni mia esigenza.

Contro: Nulla da dire. Tutto perfetto.

Cosy, feel like home, apartment in center of Catania

Pro: Apartment is on very good location in city center, very close to all Catania attractions and has free parking on the street as well as paid guarded parking within 2 minutes walk. Appartment is stylishly furnished. It has literally everithing you need. Full size kitchen with Refrigerator, Coffee machine, Kettler Toaster, Blender even Air Fryer. There is coffee, sugar, salt, water, olive oil, aceto balsamico... Host left us free breakfast (it was not included in stay) and small welcoming gift. In bathroom you have everything, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, hair gel, cotton buds floss... Bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of closets. Host is very nice, communicative and helpful. Apartment is spotless even though is in old building. It has Air Conditioning and mosquito nets. We had fabulos stay and felt like home from first moment.

Contro: Apartment is in old building which is in good condition but sometimes you can hear neighbours. Sicilians are loud people even if they speak normally so i believe that is normall, so be carefull because if you can hear neighbours it means that they can hear you also (: .

Pro: Great location and friendly host who left us some free breakfast and souvenirs which we appreciated a lot.

Contro: We cant use the stove or the oven which was manageable for 3 days of stays but for longer could be tricky. There was an air fryer though which could help.

Pro: Квартира тиха, є все необхідне, власник квартири приємний та доброзичливий. Нам з донькою все сподобалось.
