Pro: Casa pulita, molto spaziosa; un soggiorno molto grande con due finestre, zona molto silenziosa; la zona notte dà su un giardino interno e la mattina è tutto molto silenzioso; lo staff eccezionale nell accoglienza, insomma un punto di riferimento a Cantania, anche perchè è a due passi dalla via principale di Catania.

Comfortable stay, good value for money!
Pro: Very spacious apartment, comfortable. High ceiling, lots of light. Very good location.
Contro: The second room is on the small size. There is one bathroom and a second toilet with a sink that is en suite to the master bedroom. ( there were two bathroom advertised) The kitchen is small but ok if you don’t plane to cook your own meals. The pillows were not very comfortable. There is a sofa bed in the living room but the apartment will feel small for 6 people. 4 is pretty good!

Large bright traditional apartment on the edge of the old town
Pro: The apartment was very spacious with a large bright living area with its own A/C. The 2 bedrooms were at the rear of the property so the street noise from passing traffic was reduced in them. This together being able to put the seperate A/C on in both meant noise was minimised at night. The washing machine and iron/ironing board were good to have. Having 2 toilets was also good. The apartment is about 5 mins walk from the start of the old town and then another 5 mins to the heart of the old town so pretty well located. Although going to the old town is mostly down hill to start with, so coming home is mostly uphill for the last 5 mins.
Contro: The apartment is on the first floor without a lift so bags need to be carried up and down the stairs. This was ok for us though.

Pro: Położenie w centralnym miejscu i przestrzeń w mieszkaniu. A także specyficzną sycylijska atmosfera, jaką dawało wyposażenie.

예쁜 숙소
Pro: 집이 환하고 예뻐요. 테라스도 있어서 좋고요. 침대도 편안하고, 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와서 씻기도 참 좋았어요. 게다가 도보로 다니기 좋은 위치인데다가 침실이 안뜰로 향하고 있어서 잠귀 밝으신 분들에겐 적합한 숙소입니다. 조리도구도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 간단히 뭘 해먹기 참 좋습니다.
Contro: 우리가 언제 도착하는지 이미 알려줬지만, 호스트가 우리보다 30분이나 늦게 도착했고, 집에 모기가 정말 많았어요. 화장실이 두개이지만 샤워할 수 있는 곳은 한 곳 뿐입니다.

Pro: Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, groß, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Das Haus ist auch ganz toll! Die Kommunikation (u.a. über ein Portal und viel im Vorhinein, sehr formell) und auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit späterem check in liefen super, und auch während des Aufenthalts war die Vermietung immer gut zu erreichen. Wir haben mit geschlossenen Fenstern (zum Innenhof) sehr gut geschlafen, daher kann ich nicht sehr viel über die Lautstärke sagen (aber logisch nicht super leise, da mitten in der Stadt und nicht die schallisolierendsten Fenster). Die Wohnung ist recht wohnlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns gefragt haben, ob es eine dauerhafte Ferienwohnung oder eine Vermietung von eigentlich bewohnten Wohnungen, deren Besitzer:innen eine Zeit nicht da sind, ist – haben wir jedoch vergessen zu fragen. Sehr schön jedenfalls!

Wspaniały
Pro: Wspaniały apartament w stylu typowo włoskim w starej kamienicy przy ulicy obsadzonej nieziemsko pachnącymi lipami. Duże pokoje, dwie łazienki, w kuchni pełne wyposażenie (oprócz tostera/sundwichera). Manual obsługi apartamentu: jak obsługiwać sprzęty itd., wskazówki dotyczące śmieci. W samym centrum Katanii, 3 minuty do głównej ulicy. Dobra baza wypadowa do Syrakuz, Taormina, Noto.
Contro: Brak kosmetyków na start, mydła do rąk... Kontakt z firmą tylko do 21, nie ma telefonu alarmowego. Zamek w drzwiach wejściowych zatrzaskowy, co w przypadku pozostawienia kluczy w środku powoduje problem.
