Pro: Everything was great, our host made sure to make our trip as smooth and easy as possible. The location is spot on, 3 minutes walking from the city center. The apartment is perfect for two people, especially couples.

Great host, flat, and location

Pro: Very friendly, responsive, and attentive host. He provided us with advice, information, and links to ease local navigation in Catania which was very helpful. The location is perfect close to the bus, train, metro stations, and main attractions. Clean, tidy, and cozy flat with all the necessary amenities (coffee machine, kettle, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, hair dryer, and more). Good value for money. We would definitely recommend it and be back again 👍

Contro: The exterior of the house looks not so attractive but the flat is nice and new inside. Sometimes neighbor was loud but if you close the window and put the A/C on it shouldn't be a problem. No iron if you want to iron clothes. Tourist tax 2€ per person per night is not included in the booking and to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Pro: The room was exactly as shown in the photos. perfect location. Perfect for two persons. very near to the center by walk. 3 minutes by walk from the market. Gaetano gave very clear instructions on the use of the property. he also gave us a lot of information on places and restaurants to visit, very responsive. We will definitively come back

Perfect!

Pro: After our flight got cancelled, we found the next one to Catania in two days, which meant we will lose our only two nights in Catania for the trip. But our host, Gaetano was very generous and instead gave us his other available apartment for one night, so we could enjoy the beauty of Catania. He also helped us a lot with guidance, some recommendations and all in all it was a great experience! I've been using Booking a lot, and this is the first time that I have left the review, which should tell you how much of an impact he has left.
