Pro: Daniela è stat super gentile e disponibile fin dalla prenotazione. L'appuntamento era pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario e anche di più. Se posso dare un consiglio metterei uno scaldabagno più grande e cambiere gli infissi di due camere che sono in legno perché anche essendo al 6 piano si sente molto rumore. È vicinissimo al centro e ci può stare il rumore ma magari si potrebbe attutire un pó. Per il resto se dovessi tornare a Catania ritornerei qui. Grazie

Great apartment for family stay with a lovely host.
Pro: Hostess was super helpful and welcoming. Great location and hand to the sights, shops and local markets. Very large rooms and nice terrace.
Contro: Main seating area a bit smaller/awkward layout than we would have liked for our family but still fine. Lift is small but appreciated there being one as not common in older builders.

Pro: This property and its hosts were outstanding. You couldn't wish for kinder, caring and more sincere and welcoming hosts as Daniela and Gianni. After a few weeks on the road, our stay at Central Place - Piazza Stesicoro - Via Etnea was superb. It felt so homely, authentic and so so comfy after long days walking around the many sights of Catania. Four of us stayed in the apartment and we treated it like our home. A well-equipped kitchen, cooking essentials, big bedrooms, clean and tidy bathrooms and in a safe and well-located position in town. If you love your food, heritage and cultural sights and local markets, this is the spot for you. I cannot rate Daniela more highly. Your local tips and suggestions were invaluable. You and Gianni made this part of our stay a memorable one. We hope to return one day.
Contro: Catania is living and breathing city - and this is what makes it 'unique' when compared to other tourist-friendly places. You have to embrace Catania - and it will embrace you. Love it!

Great place, which we could have stayed longer!
Pro: Lovely apartment with a balcony. Large rooms and very clean. Convenient location for site seeing and eating!
Contro: Nothing. There is a little noise coming up from streets at night, but that’s Italy and the apartment is on the 6th floor.

lovely comfortable stay and lovely friendly hosts. great central location.
Pro: hosts were super friendly, met us at property to give us the keys and gave us a guided tour, showed us how to work everything. were available for advice throughout our stay and told us how to get to the beach easily ( thank you Gianni) En suite room lovely, smallish kitchen but everything you need is there. Location was great. lovely balcony to sit on and have a glass of wine. Air conditioning good. huge market across the road. metro station across the road- easy to get to the train station to explore Sicilly. lots of restaurants nearby and a couple of nearby supermarkets. would happily recommend.
Contro: the second shower was a little loose and kept turning itself off.

Good value spacious apartment
Pro: Very spacious apartment, nicely decorated. Tea, coffee and water all provided. Air-conditioning worked well. Hosts were very friendly and provided some great recommendations. Would stay again.
Contro: The lift is small and required multiple trips to get everyone and the luggage up. Not much else wrong with the place other than that.

Ein Aufenthalt wie zuhause bei Freunden
Pro: Wir haben mit Danielas Wohnung einen wahren Jackpot erzielt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist sehr ruhig, alle Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar, es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich ums Eck, das Stadtzentrum ist nur 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Markt ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ist riesig, so authentisch und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt inkl. sizilianische Gastfreundschaft. Eine großartige Erfahrung. Die Wohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet. Kaffee, Geschirrspültabs, Waschmittel, Ohrstäbchen, Handtücher, Kochutensilien (Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, etc.) und auch der Kühlschrank ist mit Wasserflaschen ausgestattet. Daniela und Gianni, die Gastgeber, sind sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns rundum bestens versorgt mit vielen Informationen und Lokaltipps, wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Contro: Nichts, war alles perfekt!
