Pro: It was a really nice place to stay. It looked better in person that in the pictures. It is next to the center of the city and the street itself was nice. The host was really, really helpful (she even lend us soap dor the washing machine!). There was coffee, oil, sugar, a equipment kitchen, a water heater for tea and two coffee machine. We used the blue parking 5 minutes (1 euro at night). We would repeat the experience for sure!

Pro: It's in a great location! The rooms are pleasantly large. Wifi also worked well. Comfortable accommodation for 6 people, excluding bathing
Contro: The bathroom is very small, but bearable. A ladle was missing, because of the heating it is constantly hitting the electricity. Gas heating was not charged.

Прекрасный вариант для знакомства с Катанией
Pro: Нам очень повезло с этим вариантом размещения. Просторная квартира в старинном доме на красивой пешеходной улице в самом центре. Очень дружелюбные хозяева живут в соседней квартире и всегда готовы помочь. От ночного шума прекрасно помогают ставни на балконах. Есть все необходимое для комфортного размещения семьи из 5 человек. Все главные достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности. До вокзала 15 минут пешком, до пляжа Spiaggia pubblica- 35 минут пешком.
Contro: Из-за того, что дом старинный, кухня и душ с туалетом маленькие.

Ideal para conocer el centro a buen precio
Pro: La ubicación es ideal. La propietaria encantadora y muy accesible. Solucionó el problema del aire condicionado el primer día. El apartamento es grande, cómodo y para el precio está muy bien.
Contro: Una actualización estaría bien, y la ducha es pequeña pero si mides 170 cm y tienes un grosor medio está bien, si es más igual te queda prieto.

Pro: Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, klimatyczny. Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne, duże pokoje w typowej starej kamienicy. Jedynie bardzo mała łazienka, ale nie przeszkadzało nam to. Okolica ok, dla nas istotna była też bliskość do głównych punktów komunikacji publicznej. Polecam. Grazie per un bel soggiorno.

Almost perfect, we would not hesitate to pick this place again.
Pro: The flat is next to the Bellini Theatre, a few minutes walk from Catania Centrale (train station). We were almost in the middle of the S. Agatha festival, which was somewhat noisy at unexpected times, but this is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the seashore is not accessible anywhere nearby, you have to walk all the way to Catania Europa.
Contro: There are three keys to get into the flat (main gate of the building, door to the staircase, door to the flat). We never managed to open the main gate with the key. Luckily the gate can be forced open, but this is probably not how it should work. The shower is not accessible for corpulent people and not very comfortable for normal sized people.
