Pro: Il design dell'appartamento è super accogliente, rispecchia in pieno il mio stile; il titolare è gentilissimo; la posizione ottima: a pochi metri da Villa Bellini e dalla mia amata pasticceria Savia; il wifi funziona molto bene.
Contro: Piccoli dettagli: la serratura della porta di ingresso è un po' difettosa e non proprio intuitiva nel funzionamento; la TV non ha i canali sintonizzati e se li ha vuol dire che non è user friendly e io non avevo voglia di mettermi a smanettare; in bagno manca il portarotolo e qualche gancio per gli asciugamani (soprattutto vicino al bidet); avrei messo anche un orologio da parete.

Pro: Un' appartamento a misura d'uomo, piccolo ma concentrato e sfruttando tutti gli spazi utili nel migliore dei modi, pulitissimo e profumato. L' Host, squisito, non l'ho conosciuto personalmente, ma per qualsiasi domanda era celere ed esaustivo nella risposta. Posizione eccezionale, strategica, centralissima, a 2 passi di conto ti ritrovi in via etnea, al mercato (la fiera) ed in via umberto. Una doccia walk in bellissima. E come ultima cosa ma la più coccolosa🥰...al mio arrivo è stata fatta trovare una pasta di mandorla chiusa, da divorare subito🤣😍 Che dire..non vedo l' ora di tornare..mi sono trovato BENISSIMO!!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!!!! NON NE APPROFITTATE TROPPO..CREA DIPENDENZA!!! 🤣🥰

Nice place close to old town.
Pro: Good localization close to the main street and park. Lot of restaurants and bars in the area. Apartment feels fresh and new inside. Owner is very helpful and kind.
Contro: Noise from the street (cars, motors, etc) specialy early morning during the week. During the weekend it was ok due to less traffic ij the morning. We missied iron for cloths and cutting desk in the kitchen but it was not a big deal.

Πολυ πρακτική και άνετη διαμονή για κάποιον που θελει να είναι σε ασφαλές και κεντρικό σημείο.
Pro: Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και η γειτονιά ασφαλής. Κοντά στη στάση για το λεωφορείο του αεροδρομίου, στη Via Etnea για ζαχαροπλαστεία, καφε και εστιατόρια καθώς και αξιοθέατα. Ολα με τα πόδια. Η κοντινή λαική αγορά της Δευτέρας εξαιρετική για ψώνια! Ο ιδιοκτήτης ηταν πολυ φιλικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος και μου υπέδειξε καλα εστιατόρια για φαγητό καποια απο τα οποία δοκίμασσ.. Εκτίμησα πολύ το κρύο νερό στο ψυγείο, τα νόστιμα αμυγδαλωτα και τον καφέ εσπρέσσο! Με χαρά θα ξαναέμενα εκεί τώρα που έμαθα πως να κινηθώ στην πόλη!
Contro: Οταν εφτασα ειχα ενα θέμα με τα κλειδιά και την πόρτα εισόδου στο διαμέρισμα που ομως διευθετήθηκε άμεσα τηλεφωνικά με οδηγίες του ιδιοκτήτη. Βρήκα το χώρο κάπως υγρό γιατί είναι στο ισόγειο, ο καιρός έτυχε να είναι εξαιρετικά βροχερός και ενδεχομενως δεν είχε θερμανθεί για κάποιο διάστημα. Ο κλιματισμός βοήθησε πολύ.

Perfect place for a city trip Catania
Pro: Perfect location for exploring Catania on foot as it's close to the main shopping street but in a relatively quiet side street. Seemed like a very safe area to us. We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights in December 2024 and the value (about 57 Euros per night) was incredible. The bed was very comfortable and most of what we needed was there. Still a very new interior, so everything was in good shape. Host was accommodating and friendly - English was no problem.
Contro: If you are staying longer, you might need a bath tub or laundry machine - neither was available. Also be aware that the apartment is on the ground floor right next to the street. So you do hear a lot and airing the apartment is not easy. If you are only staying for a few nights or planning to spend most of your time outside, none of this matters much and you'll probsbly be happy.
