Very good apartment in perfect location

Pro: Magnificent apartment! Very good location. The apartment is located near the train station and bus station. The central square is also a 15-minute walk away. The check-in went easily. The owner sent instructions with photos and we easily found the box with the keys. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable life - kitchen, dining area, internet, air conditioning. Spacious bathroom with new plumbing, soft towels. The bedroom is located in a separate room. Very comfortable bed. There is access to the balcony from the bedroom and from the living room. We liked that they kept the authentic floor. It looks very cute. The owner of the apartment was always in touch. Very nice hospitable owner. Grazie mille per la vostra ospitalità! ❤️

Pro: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu . Bliskość dworca kolejowego i autobusowego powoduje, że apartament stanowi super bazę wypadową do zwiedzania nie tylko Katanii ale też wschodniego wybrzeża Sycylii. Apartament jest czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Super kontakt z właścicielką apartamentu.

An ideal starting point for walking tours exploring Catania’s intriguingly decadent atmosphere.

Pro: This apartment is located in the city center, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. It is spacious and equipped with all the facilities a budget‑oriented visitor might need. Railway and bus station, as well as upermarkets (Decò and Lidl) are also nearby. The apartment is reasonably clean, including the bathroom (even by Swiss/German standards). Communication with the owners was good—English by phone and Italian via WhatsApp. The price‑to‑performance ratio is excellent.

Contro: Well, if you are an aesthete, you may find that the room could use some decoration, or perhaps you won’t be satisfied with the arrangement of the furniture… but I believe most ordinary guests won’t even give it a second thought.
