Catania

Pro: L'appartamento è molto accogliente, sistemato con cura. Gli spazi sono belli ampi, la camera è veramente spaziosa così come il soggiorno e il bagno. I proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare un vino spumante, un ricordo da portare a casa e alcuni prodotti per la colazione. L'appartamento è molto luminoso essendo al quarto piano (elemento a cui bisogna stare attenti nella scelta delle case nei centri città). Il condominio è un po' vecchio ma comunque dotato di ascensore.

Contro: Seppure la casa sia comoda per raggiungere il centro città a piedi, rimane purtroppo all'angolo con un'arteria stradale importante e nonostante gli infissi nuovi il rumore è veramente tanto. Comunque di notte per fortuna si è riusciti a dormire

Pro: Tutto perfetto dall'accoglienza dei padroni di casa alla pulizia.struttura molto moderna. Posizione strategica a 15 minuti a piedi da Piazza Duomo. Consigliatissimo

Pro: Appartamento molto bello, pulito e curato, tutto il necessario è presente, proprietari gentili e disponibili, consigliatissimo.

Casa vacanze top a Catania!

Pro: La cordialità di Linda e Salvo, la loro bella accoglienza, con tante piccole accortezze come le cialde per il caffè, bevande e colazione di benvenuto ed altro, insomma azioni che ci hanno fatto subito sentire come a casa propria; il check-in veloce e flessibile; l'appartamento come nuovo compresi gli infissi, arredato con gusto e corredato di tutto il necessario, come ad esempio una doccia fantastica, letto matrimoniale grande e comodo, lavatrice e cucina completa di tutto il necessario anche per lunghi soggiorni. La zona è strategica per raggiungere il centro storico e l'aeroporto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Contro: L'ingresso all'edificio ed il prospetto condominiale necessitano di manutenzione, ma questo immagino non dipenda dai soli proprietari dell'alloggio e comunque all'arrivo non lasciatevi ingannare dalle apparenze: l'appartamento è tutta un'altra storia.

Perfect stay in Catania

Pro: The apartment is beautiful, modern and there are a lot of nice details arranged by the owner. The location is close to city center and parking is available for free right in front of the apartment. You have everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Contro: Everything is perfect.

Great place overall, nice owners

Pro: Many advantages, the place ia equipped with everything you might need for a short stay, or maybe longer. From slippers to hair comb, to shower gel, I can’t think pf something that they did not have. The owner granted us an earlier access, he waited for us with welcoming drinks, eith sweets and some tasty pastry and colt water. Really appreacited everything, very kind and welcoming.

Contro: There are some aspects that is not in the hands of the owner, you need to basically get used to the dirty city. Garbage is everywhere, outside the block, inside the block it smelled a bit weird. The area seemed safe, doesn’t necessary look safe but we only stayed 2 nights. Although the apartment is situated at the 4th floor it is a bit noisy outside and with the closed windows you can hear the scooters, the horns, music etc These are aspects that can not be controlled by the owner, once again, they were super nice. And most probabky due to the neighbours in the block I saw some kitchen cockroaches. That is an aspect that can be solved. What I would improve would be the sheets, this is a very personal thing that might not even count for others, I like to sleep in cotton sheets, these seemed more silky.

Wonderful place to stay in Katania

Pro: Nice location, no problems with parking, 15-20 minutes walk from the city center. Very nice hosts, warm welcome with appetitive and water in the fridge, not to mention the sweets and nice coffee. Good quality, nice decor. Very comfortable.

Contro: A bit loud during the night because of the traffic on the street

The most wonderful house in Catania

Pro: We rent the best house in Catania! Totally renovated and spacious, fully equipped, 2 air-conditions, 2 tv with Netflix, washing machine, steel door, coffee maker, a nice balcony and many more...Everything so amazing decorated to the detail, comfortable and super clean. Bathroom with great shower, all the rooms had a window. The bed and the sofa were very comfortable, we had a great sleep there. The Duomo is 20 minuted by foot. There are bus stations close to the house. Nice and safe area, with a great bakery in few meters. As for the owners, what can I say? Super hosts! We had an excellent communication before we come with Mrs Linda and they were expecting us by giving us a glass of a tastfull refreshement, they had also little gifts for us and even things for breakfast. I thank them with all my heart for that kind gesture! Definately value for money. I already miss that house and I would return again.

Pro: Our stay was wonderful! The house was super comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely amazing.
