Pro: Un vero gioiellino d'appartamento. Nuovo, pulito, completo. Davvero accogliente. La Host è gentilissima. 5 minuti a piedi da piazza Duomo, più centrale non si può. Se avete la macchina, l'ingresso al cortile è stretto, io ci sono entrato con una T Roc, (la host in questo è molto chiara). Purtroppo la zona, (ma non dipende ne dalla host e tanto meno dall'immobile) non è delle più pulite o decorate, (preciso che non ho avuto alcun problema e non mi sono mai sentito insicuro, è solo un fatto di decoro). Piccola pecca in cambio della posizione e bellezza dell'appartamento. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.
Contro: L'ingresso al cortile a qualcuno potrebbe causare qualche problema. La pulizia delle stade limitrofe. NON IMPUTABILE ALLA HOST O L'IMMOBILE.

Il moro di Sicilia...il top !!!
Pro: Tutto perfetto partendo dall accoglienza sino alla partenza ...casa pulitissima letti perfetti asciugamani morbidi e profumati. Parcheggio proprio davanti alla porta di casa... meglio di cosi non si può avere...sarei già pronta a ritornare. Oltretutto ci sono anche 2 ombrelloni per la spiaggia...Francesca è un host da 10 e lode gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Assolutamente consigliato!
Pro: Appartamento attrezzato con tutto il necessario, Appena ristrutturato. Pulizia eccellente. Posizione ottima: si arriva in piazza duomo in meno di 10 minuti a piedi ed è alle spalle del castello orsino! Ambiente silenzioso e tranquillo. L'host è estremamente disponibile e cortese.
Contro: Le camere non hanno finestra ma la luce arriva senza problemi dalla finestra della cucina.

Consigliatissimo!
Pro: Appartamento completo di ogni comfort, molto carino ed accogliente. Situato vicinissimo a Piazza del Duomo, gode di ottima posizione. La proprietaria è stata di una gentilezza unica, molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ci ha fornito tutti i recapiti per facilitare la nostra permanenza in città (recapiti per autonoleggio e recapito per guida sull'Etna). Altro comfort di fondamentale importanza è la presenza di posto auto nel cortile accanto all'ingresso dell'appartamento. Super consigliato!!!

Very good value for money
Pro: Francesca was very lovely and easy to communicate with. Il Moro, the actual property itself was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Had pretty much everything we needed. The proximity to the city centre was super - 5 / 10 minute walk - depending on how long your legs are, and how fast you walk ;) But yes, very conveniently located. And very quiet at night.
Contro: It is not great that the streets around the accommodation are littered with garbage and there is graffiti everywhere. HOWEVER, this is no reflection on the accommodation or host, and we found the area to be SAFE and QUIET, with people who live around there being super friendly.

The hosts are very nice and flexible. The flat is perfect to visit Catania by foot while staying in a calm neighborhood

The best place to stay in Catania! Look no further!
Pro: This apartment is perfectly located in the center of Catania. All the attractions and great restaurants are within walking distance. It is on the ground floor of a clean, peaceful building with a courtyard. If you have a small car, you can park it in the courtyard in front of the apartment. We had a midsized SUV and always found a free parking spot on the street in front of the building, though. Francesca, the manager, was extremely helpful and available for any questions or requests. The apartment has two bedrooms and can easily accommodate a family of four or five. It has everything a family needs for a few days of comfortable stay.
Contro: Everything was good. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a vacuum cleaner in the apartment for guests who stay for a few days. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable and old. It would be great to replace it.

Pro: Très propre. Très bien équipé. Place de parking devant la porte super car sinon galère pour se garer dans la rue! Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pieds. Parfait!
Contro: Un peu de bruit dû aux travaux de l'appartement d'en face et un chien qui aboie beaucoup.

Αξίζει τα χρήματά του και είναι άνετο
Pro: Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο (5-10 λεπτά). Το δωμάτιο ήταν βεβαια σε μια αρκετά παλια συνοικία της πόλης και ίσως εκεί να υπήρχε λίγο αίσθημα ανασφάλειας για μετακινήσεις αργά το βράδυ, καθώς ήταν αρκετά έρημοι οι δρόμοι εκεί γύρω. Γενικά όμως ήταν κοντά σε όλα. Από τα θετικά, επίσης, ότι ήταν άνετο και αρκετά καθαρό το διαμέρισμα, με πολλές παροχές (πλυντήριο, καφετιέρα, βραστήρα, φούρνο κ.λ.π.). Στα υπέρ και η όχι και τόσο υψηλή τιμή. Τέλος, με πολύ μικρό κόστος, είχαμε δυνατότητα late check out που μας εξυπηρέτησε πολύ καθώς η πτήση μας ήταν αργά
Contro: Η αρκετή ερημία στο δρόμο γύρω τις πολύ βραδυνές ωρες. Επίσης το γεγονός ότι ήταν σε μια συνοικία με πολύ παλιά σπίτια και αρκετά σκουπίδια στους γύρω δρόμους (χωρίς όμως οπτική επαφή από το σπίτι). Ένα άλλο πρόβλημα που εντόπισα είναι το ότι δεν παρέχονται υπηρεσίες δωματίου. Δηλαδή, οι πετσέτες είναι μία μεγάλη για κάθε άτομο και μία μικρή για τα χέρια. Και αν μείνεις για πολλές ημέρες, δεν παρέχεται ενδιάμεση αντικατάσταση ή καθαρισμός δωματίου κ.λ.π. Δεν ξέρω αν κάποιος το ζητήσει, αλλά γενικά δεν προβλέπεται απ' ότι κατάλαβα.
