Pro: La casa è molto grande ed accogliente, appena entrati siamo stati catapultati piacevolmente in un'epoca passata. Dotata di tutto ( anche di detersivi per lavastoviglie e lavatrice)e tutto funzionante. Perfettamente climatizzata! Sarà difficile trovarne un'altra così! Grazie di tutto

Des vacances agréables dans un lieu paisible et imprégné de d'histoire de la famille.

Pro: A notre arrivée, nous avions de l'eau et du jus de fruit au frais ainsi que des petits biscuits. Notre hôte a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. La maison était fonctionnelle, spacieuse et dispose de nombreux équipements. Nous avons apprécié les attentions et la disponibilité de notre hôte. Nous avons eu de bons échanges. Notre petite fille de 9 mois a très bien dormi dans le lit ancien (du grand-père de notre hôte).

Contro: Il y a un entretien constant de la piscine, ce qui est très bien et rassurant mais peut-être savoir à l'avance que quelqu'un passe tous les jours pour la piscine (matin et soir).

Fantastischer Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung mit sehr viel Charme und Komfort.

Pro: Die Wohnung ist ein Juwel, das man von außen nicht vermutet. Eine Familienwohnung, in der man sich in der Zeit zurück versetzt fühlt, aber mit allem Komfort. Obwohl wir Angelo nicht kennengelernt haben, war er stets via WhatsApp für uns da. Unsere sehr späte Ankunft war gar kein Problem. Alles supersauber. Klimaanlagen funktionieren bestens. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir werden diesen Ort in Acireale mit Sicherheit weiter empfehlen!

Pro: Krásně zařízený byt. Supermarket, obchod se zeleninou, pekařství i řezník v dosahu.

Preis Leistung trotz der Lage top.

Pro: Mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die man braucht. Alt landestypisch eingerichtet aber mit moderner Küche. Viel Platz.

Contro: Liegt leider direkt an einer Straße die zügig befahren wird. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster immer noch relativ laut. Ein Schlafzimmer ist davon betroffen.

Older Home Steeped In Family History

Pro: The property has charm and history; it belonged to the present owner’s grandfather. The intent is to keep the home in the family and to share his grandfather’s story with others. The house has high ceilings and lovely tiled floors. The outstanding feature is the back balcony/terrace area, perfect for eating outside. The owner is very helpful and responsive to suggestions. When an electric kettle was mentioned, a kettle and an electric toaster showed up the next day. Parking in the home’s garage was available for our car. There is also a washing machine for laundry, outside and inside clothes hanging space, and an iron. The property being located in Acireale is helpful for accessing areas of interest such as Mount Etna, the city of Catania, Syracuse/Ortigia, etc.

Contro: If you crave modern conveniences, this is perhaps not the accommodation for you. The kitchen is up-to-date and the primary bathroom is fine, but in spite of the high ceilings, the house is quite dark and the living room area is not comfortable for sitting as a group. If the weather is nice, the outdoor balcony terrace is lovely. It is right off the kitchen and dining room, filled with plants and has a table that will seat four people. Just a note that the smaller 2nd bathroom is actually outside on the terrace, not in the house. It has a shower and is bright and clean. The street location is somewhat noisy, it is a busy road. The center of Acireale is really too far to walk, you will need a car to get around.

Séjour très agréable, je recommande très vivement et reviendrait avec plaisir dans un an !

Pro: Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil d'Ivana, l'équipement de l'appartement et la position géographique de celui-ci dans une ville avec un très beau centre, proche de l'Etna, de Taormine et de Syracuse.

Pro: L accueil, la grandeur de l appartement, les équipements, la propreté, le calme, l emplacement.
