Piacevole!

Pro: Claudio e Inna sono stati davvero cordiali! Camera pulita e una buona privacy, anche il wifi ottimo!

Contro: Niente di particolare

Pro: Abbiamo passato due notti in questa casa e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita, luminosa e climatizzata. Claudio e Inna sono proprietari cordiali e gentili, ci hanno permesso anche di fare delle lavatrici e di stenderle fuori. Il bagno è condiviso ma devo dire che lo abbiamo trovato sempre molto pulito e sistemato, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Il parcheggio si può trovare direttamente sulla strada di casa, che è comodissimo dato che a Catania è difficile trovare parcheggi non a pagamento. Consigliamo!

Pro: Good location, big room clean facilities. Parking is free on the street- very important The owners are very nice, you don't feel stay with them in the same space- the apartment is really big Maybie a water boiler could be usefull in the room and some cups (for tea) we don t want to disturb in the kitchen searcing for them :))- For sure we'll come back! Higly recommend this place.

Among the best in its category

Pro: Among the best in its category: comfortable and quiet room, clean bathroom, equipped kitchen, washing machine, strong wifi, heating and air conditioning, close to the metro. The best thing: invisible owners – but always available and their helpfulness is limitless. I recommend it to everyone!

Excellent

Pro: Host is very nice and cooperative. The propery is very good with all basic ameneties. City centre is near and commutable thorugh Metro and Bus.

Contro: There is nothing much to complain.

Nice Italian-style and private

Pro: My stay at Inna and Claudio’s home was really awesome! First of all they waited for me as my flight was pretty late (ca. 1:00 at night) and were very caring whether I get safe. As to the stay itself, it is so nice that you can live for a while in a private flat of the Italian people, can see how they are living, share the kitchen with them (coffee maker giving delicious strong coffee every morning! 😊), feel the Italian-type authentic atmosphere etc.! Inna and Claudio are very nice and helpful people but absolutely non-intrusive so I had my privacy and felt comfortably. Air conditioning and wi-fi working very well and a walking distance (ca. 5 minutes) to the nearest metro station so you can easily and quickly reach the city center. The neighborhood is quiet (however there were some noisy construction works but it is temporal and not the owner’s fault of course). I do recommend stay at Inna and Claudio heartily

Contro: Some construction works in the block beside but I think it was temporarily and quietness gets back soon!

Ár-érték arányban jó, nem puccos, arra, hogy legyen hol aludni tökéletes, a lényeg kint van

Pro: Kedves házaspár a szállásadó, segítenek, amiben tudnak. Rengeteg információt adtak olyan látványosságokról, amiket érdemes megnézni. Ezekben sem csalódtunk.

Contro: Volt a közelben egy éjjelente sikoltozó néni, de ez nem a szállás hibája

Merci pour ce magnifique voyage en Sicile !

Pro: Les hôtes sont très gentils et à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, en partie grâce à eux. Ils nous ont donné de très bons conseils pour visiter les villes de la Sicile, les bons restaurants à essayer, les spécialités et plein d'autres choses. Possibilité de faire la cuisine, d’utiliser le frigo, la lessive à volonté. Le métro est à 5 min à pied de l'hébergement, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer, et un marchand de glace extrêmement bon juste à côté. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Contro: Rien.

Pro: La rápida atención de Claudio e Inna, lo espaciosa de la habitación, la ubicación está en un lugar tranquilo con metro y autobuses cerca, para aparcar no tuvimos problemas.

Contro: Solamente el colchón de la cama es incómodo, ya que se sienten los resortes en la espalda.
